"Personale er usædvanlig, ligesom beliggenheden!Vores færge ud af Kythnos blev annulleret, og receptionisten (Undskyld, jeg ikke fik hendes navn) gik ud af hendes vej for at hjælpe mig med at finde en anden måde at komme til vores næste ø.Værelset var rent og følte mærkeligt nyt. Udsigten fra ethvert rum her er fantastisk.Mindre end fem minutter fra havnen og men var stille og følte sig fjernt.Vi havde lejet en ATV, men lejepladsen havde ingen helme, en af de ansatte der (Yonis?) lånte mig hans helme, så jeg var sikker. Utrolige mennesker og nogle af de bedste kundeservice, jeg har oplevet.Jeg bliver her igen!"

"This is my 2nd time in 2 years that I stay in Kythnos Bay Hotel. It is becoming my favourite hotel. Rooms are modern, clean & quiet. Literally one min walk and you are by the beach in Loutra. The best aspect of the hotel though is the staff. Everyone is young, polite and willing to assist. Always with a smile. Especially Stergios are the reception! Finally the breakfast is top! Very good quality and good variety. This hotel is literally faultless! It is one of the main reasons I go back to Kythnos every year!"

Eri var ekstremt hjælpsom og overnatning i hele bookingprocessen og under vores ophold.Hun var altid til rådighed for at hjælpe os og sørgede for, at alt blev taget sig af, hvilket gjorde vores oplevelse endnu mere glædelig. "Second stay in one year so we do like the rooms and the location (Kanala). The breakfast is also very nice with a good selection. However breakfast preferably is taken in the room. This implies deciding the previous evening what time you want to have breakfast and what you will have. In addition the room is not equipped to have breakfast and neither is the terrace since it is very hot and does not have suitable furniture (stylish design but very uncomfortable). Alternatively breakfast on the main floor terrace, where there are nice tables and seats, is totally impossible since there is no shade whatsoever. Please Canal Suites, shade on the main floor area is a very easy solution to an uncomfortable situation. If you solve this, we will have your breakfast every day, next time round."
