"Personale er usædvanlig, ligesom beliggenheden!Vores færge ud af Kythnos blev annulleret, og receptionisten (Undskyld, jeg ikke fik hendes navn) gik ud af hendes vej for at hjælpe mig med at finde en anden måde at komme til vores næste ø.Værelset var rent og følte mærkeligt nyt. Udsigten fra ethvert rum her er fantastisk.Mindre end fem minutter fra havnen og men var stille og følte sig fjernt.Vi havde lejet en ATV, men lejepladsen havde ingen helme, en af de ansatte der (Yonis?) lånte mig hans helme, så jeg var sikker. Utrolige mennesker og nogle af de bedste kundeservice, jeg har oplevet.Jeg bliver her igen!"

"This is my 2nd time in 2 years that I stay in Kythnos Bay Hotel. It is becoming my favourite hotel. Rooms are modern, clean & quiet. Literally one min walk and you are by the beach in Loutra. The best aspect of the hotel though is the staff. Everyone is young, polite and willing to assist. Always with a smile. Especially Stergios are the reception! Finally the breakfast is top! Very good quality and good variety. This hotel is literally faultless! It is one of the main reasons I go back to Kythnos every year!"

"Felt teary as I left because it was so so wonderful. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. The staff are the best in Greece! Honestly such a wonderful experience. Huge thank you to Yannis, the manager, Katerina, and Thanasis in particular; all the staff were incredible. Rooms cleaned to perfection - the house keeping team deserve a special mention. Pool was gorgeous. Room service food - the burgers better than NYC! Delicious. Such a relaxing fun stay. I read on here that this hotel is the best on the island. Completely true. Visit Kithnos for the hotel alone! Also, Yannis organised a boat trip for us with Rent a boat - Nicole and George… made our holiday. Really advise taking a boat for an afternoon if you can. Thank you team for looking after us so well. We will never forget you!"

"In the description, they write 20 minutes, unbelievable. You have to drive minimum 40 minutes down the complete island - and then the horrible gravel road !! The place itself is nice, really nice views, but not as luxurious as described. The salty water in the shower and everywhere is disgusting, they excuse it with the environment. Yes, I am green and environmentally friendly, too, but why build there houses in the first place? You can’t even brush your teeth with the tap water, you have to use bottled water - but they charge you two euros a bottle !! we paid almost €200 per night and one bottle of water was in the fridge, as a welcome, ha ha :-(( The access to the houses is very, very steep, for us no problem, but I imagined, my mother coming here: would be a disaster:-(( The young couple, who runs the place, leaves the impression to be helpful, but they were not !! They helped with one suitcase when we arrived, the other one we had to pull ourselves, and we had to carry and pull up the hill our suitcases on our own when we left:-(( Some people managed to drive their cars down the steep hill and parked them in front of their apartment - but that spoiled the view !! The guy recommended us nice restaurants, really good recommendations, but you always have to drive about 45 minutes. That’s not their fault, but there is nothing nearby, no shop, no beach, no restaurant, nothing !! For people who want to relax and sit all day on the terrace and enjoy the view, it’s a nice spot."
