"Jeg havde en fantastisk ophold på Ibis Hotel Sharq.Beliggenheden var stor og i centrum af byen, tæt på transportforbindelser. Værelset var rent og velunderholdt.Husholdning var også fantastisk. På min første nat var den mad, jeg bestilte fra restauranten, for saltet og jeg klager.Kom og se, hvordan alle medarbejderne undskylde og gik over normal for at sikre, at sådan aldrig gentog sig selv. De gav mig en gratis frokost senere. Ikke kun at alle restaurantpersonalet var så sød og høflig, altid velkommen med smil og spurgte, hvad de kunne gøre for at gøre min ophold mere behageligt. Særlig tak til disse restaurantpersonale: Lawrence Hung Chef Ahmed Dinar Kamlesh Ibrahim Det var et hjem væk fra hjemmeoplevelse for mig, høflighed af alle ovennævnte medarbejdere.Maden var lækker og jeg havde mange muligheder at vælge fra.Ingen kedelig øjeblik overhovedet. Kudos til personalet på receptionen også.Jeg vil helt sikkert lede efter Ibis hoteller, der går fremad."

"My experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel has outdated conditions . It’s evident that the property hasn’t seen any renovations in quite some time, which gives it an overall neglected appearance. The rooms were particularly disappointing. They were poorly furnished, with old and worn-out furniture that did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s promotional materials. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were signs of wear and tear throughout, from stained carpets to outdated bathroom fixtures. Overall, the experience was far from what I hoped for, and I believe the hotel needs significant renovations to bring it up to par with contemporary standards. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. It was uncomfortable stay."

"The staff Are very rude and the lifeguards are lazy I was at the pool swimming minding my own business when the lifeguard started telling me that the pool was closed even though it was clearly open because the pool opens at 7 am and closes at 5 pm and the time was 12 pm so I went up and asked my mom to see when the pool closes she said that she will go talk to them and when she asked the lifeguard why he took us out he said we were jumping when we clearly were not jumping then he said it was a ladies day but I was their on Monday and the ladies day is on Saturday and Tuesday so basically he was lazy and didn’t feel like doing his job so he just kicked us out of the pool other than that the breakfast buffet was fine not amazing."

"The hotel was recommended by a customer and helped us get a visa. The decoration of the hotel is elegant and cultural, and there is security check at the entrance. Unfortunately, I had a heat stroke on the day I arrived and couldn't eat my dinner. I wanted to eat some fruit. When I returned to the hotel, I found that a plate of fruit had been placed in the room. I was very surprised. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and made me feel at home. I highly recommend!"
