Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning."

The location is ideal for many strategic places where to conduct business, and I was especially pleased to find that the business lounge remains a fantastic space to work or relax between meetings. The in-house dining options, whether for breakfast or other meals, are excellent – perfect for days when you don’t feel like heading out. After four years, I can confirm that the hotel has aged gracefully, with no noticeable signs of wear. My stay reaffirmed my positive opinion, and I am happy to recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a dependable business hotel in Kuwait City."
