"Hospitality here is truly 10/10. From the moment we arrived at 11pm, the staff offered and delivered exceptional service—welcoming us with cocktails, taking care of check-in, decorating our room with flowers, and even surprising us with a hot dinner at midnight. Every staff member greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The meals were delicious, the beach was breathtaking (especially at low tide when the ocean recedes nearly a mile), and the room was comfortable and beautifully prepared. Though our stay was just 36 hours before heading to the Serengeti, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made it unforgettable. We hope to return for a much longer visit!"

"We had a wonderful time at Kizikula, and everything from start to end was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable, the service is exceptional, the amenities (such as the pool, the outdoor gym, the bikes, the games available, the paddle board etc.) are all you need! Last but not least, the food is tasty, and changes everyday! All you need for a stay in Kizimkazi area."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! The beach is magnificent, and the atmosphere has such a beautiful, peaceful, almost spiritual vibe. 🌴✨ My children absolutely loved the swimming pool — they could barely get out of it! They stayed in the pool from 9 a.m. until 6 or even 7 p.m. every day. 😄 The manager, Mustafa Chadi, makes you feel truly at home. It’s a very welcoming and family-friendly hotel, and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I would especially like to mention Souleiman, the security officer, and Christophe, the entertainer. There is also another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot, but honestly, everyone deserves a mention because the whole team is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, friendly, and relaxing place to stay. ❤️"

"The new yoga teacher Palma is really great and very professional. Her yoga classes are a good mix of Astanga, Hatha and Yin and for all level of students. The Whole Body Workout is highly recommended as well and helped me a lot with my yoga practice!!!"

"Gadea er et lille paradis i landsbyen Jambiani :) Vores ophold var helt fantastisk!Hele personalet er meget hjælpsomt, venligt med et stort smil.Værelserne er meget rene og behagelige, svømmepoolen giver en dejlig plads til afslapning med lækre drikke og glat.Når du bliver på hotellet, prøver deres middagsmenu er en Must!Turkis ocean kan nås ved 2 minutters gang, selv fra restauranten er der en smuk udsigt over stranden 🩷 Jeg anbefaler virkelig at tage turen, aktiviteter fra Annalise, fordi hun skal tilbyde reelle ædelstene fra øen, som en lille gåtur rundt om landsbyen med en lokal guide, madlavning klasse hjemme hos en lokal familie (plus spise sammen), ikke at nævne en fetallig øbesøgende. De har været på en lille ø, sandbank to af os og vores guide.SuperB-udsigter og oplevelser uden masser og masseturisme. "The staff was incredibly caring, we felt very welcome and completely safe throughout our stay. The beach and the hotel were very clean and secure. Our room (the beach front villa) was an absolute highlight with a view of the ocean from our bed and direct access to the beach. A lot of new staff had just started working a few weeks ago, which made some requests need extra communication but our waiter Mahil and the wonderful kitchen staff, as well as the owner went the extra mile to make our stay a wonderful experience! Thank you all for the lovely time and we hope to be back soon! We hope in the future there will be more gluten free dietary options for breakfast :)"

"We stayed in 3 hotels whilst on our honeymoon in Zanzibar and loved the Lujo hotel. The staff were really lovely, especially the lady on reception who was really welcoming and helpful! She gave us lots of recommendations for shops and beach bars to visit. Paje beach is only a short walk from the hotel and there are lots of places to eat and drink along the beach. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the pool as we had trips booked during the day and went to the beach most days. We ate dinner at the hotel every night and the food was amazing - the food portions were really big. There is currently some building work going on next door but this didn’t effect us as we were out and about during the day but if you were planning to spend your day at the pool this may have been a bit noisy!"

The setting is incredibly serene , perched right by the ocean with the most breath-taking views, peaceful energy, and the kind of stillness that stays with you long after you leave. The food was absolutely delicious, the beach was stunning, and the hospitality was beyond anything I expected. Every detail made me feel truly at home. I loved it so much I’ll be returning soon, and this time with a group! That’s how deeply I trusted and loved the experience. Highly, highly recommended for anyone needing rest, connection, and natural beauty in equal measure."
