"heads up if you are assigned a smoking room, you will smell cigarette/smoke odor across the hallway and inside your room BUT, except for this i had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. the room is warm during the day, i didn't have to the heater. i like the floor. the bathroom was very clean. the bed is big for one person. they have free breakfast where you can have rice, a variety of dishes and also bread (no need to show meal vouchers/coupons, they have complementary coffee from 4-10 pm. it's near the kushiro station/bus terminal. a few meters ahead, there are supermarkets and drug stores and 100 yen shop. the staff were nice."

Answer: It was fully booked for several months, so I was skeptical! The service is really good. They even arranged a car to take me to the station this morning. The breakfast and dinner are also very nice! The room has a private hot spring bath, as well as a stereo and CD. The overall feeling is quite good! There is a coffee machine next to the smoking room downstairs. I take a few puffs of coffee every day after brewing it, which is great!"

"The hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is "outside" . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!"

Hotellet nyder en smuk beliggenhed lige foran Lake Akan, hvilket giver os mulighed for at vågne op til fantastiske søudsigter om morgenen. Det fredelige miljø skaber en følelse af fred og gør det til et perfekt sted at slappe af og undslippe fra det grusomme og grusomme dagligliv. Beliggenheden er også meget bekvem.Lake Akan sejlads er beliggende lige ved siden af hotellet, mens Ainu Village, butikker og restauranter er alle inden for en nem gåafstand. "The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly."
