"Stayed for 4 nights, did not drive around Lake Biwa, the transportation is very convenient, JR station express train stops, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants nearby, basic needs are all there, CP value is high, you can choose to have a leisurely breakfast facing the scenery outside the window one day! The staff has a good service attitude and is willing to help! The air conditioner in the room was originally very noisy, but later it was adjusted to be lower than the room temperature to avoid constant braking!"

When I was packing up to check out, I found leftover prescription drug capsules on the floor! Fellow travelers, please check yourselves carefully. This is like finding a mouse in your food when you eat out."

"Perhaps because it's an older hotel, the facilities and cleanliness were average, but acceptable. The food and onsen (hot spring) were quite good. The most unbearable thing was the excessive noise in the room. We booked a room with a bathroom and lake view, located at the very edge, where two roads intersect and another expressway, making it extremely noisy. The three of us barely slept a wink that night. The next day, after breakfast, we were so tired that we dozed off again, only to be called by the hotel at 10 am to check out. We rushed to check out, disheveled and exhausted. We were the only room on the entire third floor, and only one room on the second floor as well. Although the industry standard in Japan is 10 am check-out, the hotel refused when we explained that we hadn't slept due to the noise and wanted to check out a little later. The facilities were poor, and the service couldn't compensate. Basic services were still available. Also, the room was very bright, with no curtains, only washi paper windows, so the light was harsh on our eyes at four or five in the morning. Those who are particular about their sleeping environment should choose this hotel with caution."
