"I had some business near Kurobe and stayed in a twin room with my daughter. Toothbrushes and pajamas were available at the reception. The provided shampoo and body soap were sufficient, but I think it's a good idea to bring your own single-use conditioner. There was a PLANT gas station right next to the hotel, so we had no trouble buying gasoline, drinks for the car, and snacks. You can get a frozen bento box with a meal coupon, but if you're not keen on frozen food, there's a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, so you can buy bread, salad, etc. at PLANT. The air conditioning worked fine, but the fan blades seemed to be making a slight noise, which was a bit bothersome. Some people might not mind it, and I'm sure some rooms are fine. We were lent a folding table and a phone charger for eating and working. This photo was taken sitting on the bed at the back, facing the door."

"First of all, the food was absolutely delicious!!! We were able to eat lots of fresh seafood. It was within walking distance from the station, so even with a suitcase, it was easily within walking distance. We were able to leave our luggage before using the Kurobe Gorge Railway, so we could explore unencumbered. The hot springs were also very relaxing!!"

"The room was a traditional Japanese-style room with the scent of tatami mats, and I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in a long time. The open-air bath offered a breathtaking view, and the water quality was superb. The dinner was perfect in both quality and quantity for a couple in their 40s. The Himi beef shabu-shabu was especially exquisite. Above all, the hospitality of each and every staff member was wonderful. The location is close to the Kurobe Gorge Railway and the hot spring town, making it ideal for sightseeing and strolling. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as them holding our car even after check-out time. We would like to stay here again when we come to Toyama."

"The service was very good. Since we did not follow the hotel's schedule and there were many people and luggage, the hotel sent a car to pick us up. On the return trip, it rained, so in order to let us catch the train, they sent another car to take us back. Thank you for the warm service!
