"I stayed there years ago, and wanting to relive a memory, I chose the Kuqa Hotel again. It used to be a government reception hotel; the rooms were decent, the furniture and facilities a bit old, but very clean. The bathroom floor felt hollow, and it swayed when you walked on it. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant. Upon entering the dining hall, there were two beds on either side, clearly staff accommodations. The bedding was blackened, and staff clothing was also found there. Even worse, near the exit of the cold dish preparation area, there was a pile of staff clothing and a pair of shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and directly impacts the dining experience for guests. The hotel industry is now highly competitive; whether a restaurant is in-house or outsourced, a standardized management system is essential for long-term success and to keep pace with industry standards. I hope things improve."

The decor is very comfortable, and there was no strange smell in the room. When I went to the laundry room, I found an abundance of laundry supplies, which was super convenient. "Ctrip indicated that the hotel had charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told they couldn't be used because they hadn't passed a fire safety inspection. They claimed the charging stations listed on Ctrip were due to the app's limitations and that I could borrow a private charging station instead. The parking lot was haphazardly parked, with one car occupying two spaces, and security was practically nonexistent. During my complaint to Ctrip, the hotel repeatedly insisted they were not at fault, stating that the front desk manager told me it was a private charging station, so how did it become a standard hotel charging station? Is it so hard to admit a mistake?"

"First, I want to praise the lady who picked me up at the airport; she was incredibly warm, attentive, and charming! 🤣👍👍👍👍 As a relatively old but well-known hotel in Kuqa, I had heard of it before but this was my first time staying here, and overall it was quite good. First, the advantages—The breakfast was quite plentiful, and for this price range, especially during peak season, I think it's pretty good. The cleanliness was also excellent. Although it's an established hotel, the carpets and plush sofas in the room were very clean. Some shortcomings, though, I'd like to mention—1- The pillows were uncomfortable. One pillow didn't bounce back well, and the other was too low; I had to put them together to get a reasonably comfortable height. 2- I don't know if there's a karaoke bar nearby, but they were still singing their hearts out at 3 AM. Even with the windows closed, I could still faintly hear it, but I was too tired and eventually fell asleep. 3- The air conditioner was ridiculously loud—absolutely deafening! It only stops making noise when I turn on the automatic mode or something. Whenever I adjust it manually, even at low speed, it's still very noisy. Luckily, it went into automatic mode before it got particularly hot."
