"Had a lovely family stay at Over the Hills Resort. The peaceful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect place to spend some quality time together. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a great choice for a peaceful family getaway. Would definitely recommend the property and look forward to visiting again."

"Jeg kan ikke rose dette resort nok.Intet var for meget problemer.Alle personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt.Overnatning meget ren og komfortabel.Massage var fantastisk.Receptionspersonalet var ekstremt hjælpsomt og sikrede, at vi havde en stor opholdstid. Værterne i restauranten hjalp mig med menuen og bad kokken koge mig lidt ændrede retter.Hele opholdet var smukt, kan anbefale meget."

"Our stay at Kayaloram was a disaster. Rude staff (name-JOBIN), a foul smell in the room, and safety concerns made it unbearable. The room was dirty, and the door felt flimsy. To top it all off, when we informed the staff that we couldn't possibly stay in such conditions and requested a refund, they were adamant that we pay for the full stay. We had booked four rooms for our group, and they showed no sympathy or willingness to even discuss a partial refund. In the end, we had no choice but to cut our losses and find alternative accommodations, essentially paying for four rooms that were completely uninhabitable. It's safe to say we will never set foot in Kayaloram again, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to steer clear unless they have a high tolerance for rude staff, safety risks, and rooms that smell like a neglected basement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The resort is beautifully situated on a hilltop, offering breathtaking views of lush greenery and the sea. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, with the surrounding nature adding to the sense of serenity. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The resort itself was scenic, and the food was delicious. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. "Vores ophold i Kayaloram var en katastrofe.Rødt personale (navn-Jobin), en grusom lugte i rummet, og sikkerhedsproblemer gjorde det ubehøvet.Værelset var smuttet, og døren følte sig glat. For at lægge det hele på spil, da vi informerede personalet om, at vi ikke kunne blive på sådanne betingelser og anmodede om en godtgørelse, var de adamant, at vi betaler for hele opholdet. Vi havde booket fire værelser til vores gruppe, og de viste ingen sympati eller vilje til at diskutere en delvis refusion. I sidste ende havde vi ikke andet valg end at reducere vores tab og finde alternative boliger, hovedsageligt at betale for fire værelser, der var helt ubeboelige. Det er sikkert at sige, at vi aldrig vil sætte fod igen i Kayaloram, og jeg anbefaler stærkt, at nogen overvejer at blive her for at styre klar, medmindre de har en høj tolerance over for uforsvarlig personale, sikkerhedsrisici og værelser, der lugter som en forsømt base.
