"The apartments are part of hotel Andreas, which is located about 500m away. You need to go there first to check in. The apartment is clean and spacious, but very outdated. The main issue is that there are no blind out curtains, which means you are sleeping in daylight, which is really annoying if you need darkness to have a good night sleep. Also there is no elevator in the building It's nice to have a kitchen where you can cook, make coffee and tea and have a fridge available. You can park for free on the street directly in front of the apartment block. If there's no space you will need to park further away or pay for parking. ."

"How beautiful it is there! The owners' joy in the hotel is palpable, too, and you experience a very special kind of hospitality. A huge compliment for the successful overall concept—from the reception to the restaurant, the café-roasting room in the cellar vault, and, of course, the exquisite rooms. "Cute hotel in the center of the old town, with a cool room design. Unfortunately, the bathroom, especially the shower, was tiny, and there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was quite good, with a large selection of mountain cheeses."

"Booked twice within 14 days for a stopover. The first time (Friday) very good and motivated staff. Rooms older and in need of renovation, great breakfast. Drink on the terrace in the evening. Second visit (Sat). At 3pm only reception was open, we wanted to go to the restaurant in the evening, which we were curious about 14 days ago. It is closed on Sat, Sun and Mon. Drink on the terrace: Not possible - closed! We heard that it has been sold and will be demolished in the autumn. So nothing else is necessary."

"Vi har to gange skriftligt booket en lejlighed med køkken, hvilket er bekræftet. I stedet fik vi imidlertid uden nogen forhåndsinformation et livligt, uren hotelværelse uden køkken (smuttede gulve, ubrugelige vandkogere). Receptionen var ikke særlig nyttig og ikke forståelig. Vi fik en passende lejlighed til næste dag, og næste dag ville man ikke vide mere om det (påstås at være blevet booket). Efter en lang tid siden fik vi endelig en meget lille, begrænset indrettet "bolig". Køkkenet var ikke praktisk, der var ingen rigtig bord og ingen stol, mad fandt praktisk i passagerområdet i stedet – fra vores synspunkt ingen rigtig lejlighed. Ved check-out ville man først beregne det fulde beløb. Først efter høringen blev der givet en prisnedsættelse. Der blev ikke refunderet ekstra udgifter til udendørs mad, som skyldtes manglende madlavning, og personalet var ubehageligt at tage sig af det. Desuden blev vores hund afregnet 15 € om natten, selv om der var 10 € i den skriftlige tilbud. På anmodning blev forskellen tilbagebetalt. Resumé: Afvigelse fra booking, dårlig kommunikation og fejlagtig afregning. Ingen anbefaling."
