"The hotel was hard to find; the entrance was barely visible. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely by the staff. Our booking on Ctrip included five beds: three 1.2m double beds and two 0.8m single beds. However, the staff told us there was only one small room with just one 1.2m double bed. Since there were four of us, it was definitely too small. They then told us about a family room with three beds: one double bed and two single beds. They wanted an extra 200 MYR to accommodate us. It was barely enough for the four of us to sleep. After checking in, we discovered there weren't even toothbrushes; we were told they charged an extra 10 MYR for each one. Finally, a word of caution: there is no dinner served at the hotel. There are also no restaurants nearby. There is no cell phone signal or Wi-Fi inside the hotel; your phone will become useless. It takes at least 20 minutes to reach a restaurant. However, the hotel view is quite nice; you can directly access the beach from outside. You can see the Jellyfish Sea."

"It was fantastic! The room was incredibly beautiful and exquisite, like a treasure trove filled with countless surprises. The quiet accommodation, surrounded by the rainforest, was simply wonderful. It was beautiful during the day, at sunset, and at night. The staff responded very quickly, and the on-site staff were incredibly welcoming, offering welcome drinks and even helping to start the BBQ fire. Thank you so much!"

"The people here are genuinely simple and kind. The owner is German, and his wife is Chinese. It was a pleasure chatting with them; you can tell they're both very thoughtful people 🧐. The wooden lamps and coconut shell lamps throughout the resort, from design to final product, were all handcrafted by them. Every single lamp has a story to tell 😌. At night, away from light pollution, you can look up at the stars ✨ and listen to the ocean 🌊. The rooms offer great privacy and face directly out to the sea. It's truly rare to find such complete facilities and fast, stable internet in a small place like Kudat. This is the perfect getaway from city life."
