My room alone had a faulty hot water tap, no internet, bad TV signal, scuff marks everywhere, rusty coloured water when you first turned the tap on, etc etc etc. the location was good but if you stay in one of the chalets beware you will not have internet access in your room. Breakfast was okay, staff were okay but could be more friendly especially in the restaurant."

"For those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge."
