Good location and service. Walking distance to klcc, pavilion, bukit bintang and etc and many restaurants and street hawkers nearby.I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

My second stay, it was a nice stay, clean and nice breakfast. I would recommend to my friends to come.

Walkable distance to Bukit Bintang. A bit far from the train station. Hotel is a bit old. Breakfast spread was quite bad. Not really worth the money to stay here

Good location and check in / out was hassle-free. Breakfast was a good variety and area was spacious with ample seating available..

Great location and breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful but not for staff name Rudy. She supposed to not sound her colleagues in front of guests. The situation is which i have asked her help to print some documents and i do asked how much is the fee to the another staff. However, another staff ( forget the name) saying that no need to pay but the staff name Rudy in front of me saying to her colleague next time need to charge for the printing service which i clearly i can heard it. Such as rude staff.

Excellence customer service and great hospitality. The hotel is located nearby Jalan Alor and Pavilion, petite gym but well equipped. Complimentary breakfast is great.

We had a great stay & had our room upgraded - clean rooms, staffs are kind & helpful, and convenient location (near to Monorail - Raja Chulan). Breakfast buffet can be improved.

I have booked 8 rooms for me and my friends through 2 bookings which is *********** PIN 4871 (4 rooms) and *********** PIN 9485 (4 rooms). We have arrived at hotel holiday inn express about 22.10 05/07/2024, we were informed that for the 4 rooms under booking *********** they will transfer us to ibis Kuala Lumpur city center hotel because of room shortage due to their computer system error without any acknowledgement earlier, then we have to drive over to ibis hotel as directed by their staff named ****** and check in. We only managed to check in about 00.04 06/07/2024. On top of that, I found out that the hotel rate of ibis hotel is only rm200 which is much lower compared to hotel holiday inn express. Should you get the subjected hotel to clarify and compensate us due to their computer system error? Why should us to suffer for their poor management and administration?

Great location near Bukit Bintang. Walking distance from accommodation. Room okay, just the building seems run out a little bit.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Intermittent wifi signal to my mobile phone. Walking distance to Raja Chulan monorail station and Bukit Bintang area.

Superb and friendly service from reception staff Ruby who helped make our check-in smooth and comfortable and friendly service. Clean stay with variety of spread for their breakfast. Would definitely stay here on my next stay.
