The hotel is located in the Taihu Lake Tourist Resort, covering an area of approximately 6,000 square meters. It is designed by the internationally renowned architect Mr. Jin Wenbin, showcasing a design sense that highlights the beauty of wabi-sabi Zen. The overall style continues the architectural characteristics of Huzhou's local buildings, but incorporates intangible cultural heritage elements such as antique furniture, bricks and stones, and carved mortise and tenon joints. At the same time, elements like "water, bamboo, brush, tea, and silk" are integrated. Most of the old items were collected after visiting ancient villages.
The hotel advocates simplifying complexity. Therefore, it abandons the cumbersome aspects of traditional hotels and combines many spaces to create a leisurely, relaxing, and elegant lifestyle. With the curling smoke of sandalwood, the refreshing aroma of tea, and soothing and healing light music, guests can feel inner peace, relaxation, and joy.
The average room area is 40 square meters. The main featured room type is made of imported hinoki wood, which has the reputation of "Oriental Divine Wood". Regularly taking a bath in a hinoki wooden bathtub is beneficial to physical and mental health. There are also tatami-equipped room types suitable for parent-child families. The public areas are equipped with an all-day restaurant, a lobby bar, a coffee bar, a bookstore and tea room, a mahjong room, a gym, a laundry room, and a leisure complex that supports conferences, bars, and film screenings.
