"Never in my life I experienced such a poor service in a hotel… I am writing this review on my very first day here, and honestly, I am already dreading the rest of my vacation. The first disappointment was the room. The room we were given has an extremely small window and almost no natural light. Even in the middle of the day, the room feels dark and gloomy. It genuinely feels more like a storage room than a hotel room meant for guests to spend their holiday in. But wait till you hear the rest.. What happened with housekeeping was completely unacceptable. A housekeeper entered our room without knocking. At that exact moment, I was changing clothes near the entrance. She opened the door abruptly and slammed it into me, pushing me into the wardrobe and leaving me with an injury on my hand… Instead of apologizing or showing concern, she simply said she was housekeeping and came to make the beds. Not only was my privacy violated, but I was physically injured. I reported the incident to reception, but the response was essentially just “sorry, we don’t know why it happened.” That is nowhere near an adequate response to such a serious situation. The service throughout the hotel has also been surprisingly poor. I wanted to order a lemonade and simply asked whether it was made with sparkling water or regular water. I was told it was made with tap water and that if I wanted sparkling lemonade, I would need to purchase a separate bottle of sparkling water in addition to the lemonade itself, and then mix it myself. Paying for both products only to prepare the drink yourself is something I have never encountered before in any hotel. Another disappointing aspect is the beach towel policy. Guests are charged €2 per day to rent beach towels. While I understand that some hotels charge for certain services, I have never experienced a hotel where beach towels are rented daily in this manner. Even worse, the towels are handed over in a messy pile rather than folded and presented properly. It gives a very poor impression and makes the entire experience feel cheap and poorly managed. These issues are only a fraction of the problems I have encountered so far but this review will get too long if I write everything. Hygene is also not a priority in the hotel.. The food is actually tasty, and that is probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Unfortunately, food alone cannot compensate for poor service, lack of privacy, disappointing rooms, and an overall feeling that guest comfort is not a priority. The most concerning part is that this is only day one. I genuinely cannot imagine spending the remainder of my vacation here. Instead of feeling relaxed and excited about my holiday, I feel anxious and disappointed about what the rest of the stay may bring. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and based on my experience so far, I would not choose to stay here ever again. I urge everyone to not make my mistake "

"The Hotel is amazing! It is located right next to the sea. We have spent 6 nights here and couldn't ask for more. It is part of Drazica resort with two (maybe three) other hotels and has a swimming pool too. We have bought breakfast and dinner option and it was amazing, the food selection is great. There are a lot of activities organized by an event team too. Parking could be a bit better coordinated but it is also manageable. Shout-out goes to the housekeeping ladies (unfortunately i did not ask for their names) as our room was always super clean and they were very friendly with us."

"The Hotel Marina restaurant has excellent food and service, a wonderful location and the prices are similar to the other restaurants on the harbour. Definitely worth a visit!"
