"We just stayed for 3 weeks at the Stay Well Ayurveda Beach Resort. It really was a great stay (I rarely write reviews but this was a genuinely amazing time). From an Ayurvedic perspective DrHari and the team are skilled, knowledgeable and super attentive. I did a 21 day programme including 2+ hours a day of treatment massages etc and with a mix of personalised medications for detox and nourishment. My wife had a number of facials in the cosmetology side of the menu of services offered as well as massages and loved them … and also did the daily Yoga on the rooftop teaching area, surrounded by the tops of the palm trees and with the sound of the ocean. The treatment rooms were all in the same small hotel as our A/C room as well as the Yoga classes. From the hotel arranging a 5 am taxi pick up at Trivandrum airport when we landed through to a late check out on our final day this was all really high quality and highly recommended. Beautiful place and with such an incredibly friendly team there’s nothing more that any of us need from a rejuvenating holiday. From a hotel point of view the location is fantastic and only a 5metre pavement from the peaceful, lighthouse end of the beach at Kovalam. January is a good month in South India with the temperature around 30 degrees C but also the sea temperature around 26 degrees C. Totally recommended."
