"A must visit place for all those who are looking for a get away from the busy schedules of the daily routines of a city life. A very mesmerizing, soothing and calm environment with absolutely amazing context of a stream that takes you through the typical lifestyle of Kerala where you can go boating and kayaking, also do some fishing. The rooms were absolutely clean and tidy, the bathroom was spot on clean too. The service provided by them was good too. Would highly recommend this place to everyone."

"It was an amazing experience stay with lake song… from the entrance we get an amazing hospitality from reception staff ., I would like to mention some of the names Mr. Libin, Ms.Sneha, Mr.Rashid, Mr.Steffin, Ms.Amirtha they are very helpful and explaining each and everything about all about packages and activities also they escorted as to the room. Very good bell desk as well they were helpful for assisting and explaining about room facilities. The evening was unforgettable for as from food and beverage friends., they were make reserved tables with candles light dinner setup from Mr.Tilso for as was really surprising and well created, special thanks to all F&b team Mr.Shine, Mr.Robin,Mr. Arun, Mr. Renjith to make our dinner memorable.About the breakfast also there is no word to say about the variety. There is Indian (south and north) more than 4combos and live different kind of dosa like masala dosa, plain dosa, gee roast etc.. different kind of omelette also in live section. The breakfast buffet is international and well standard. All the activities of resorts are well useful, we should try all we miss fishing and self boating because of time. Recommended for staying more than at least minimum 2nights. Our boating trips was awesome also pool facilities. Really recommend the place to stay home away from home with lots of family friends and family members 🥰😊🤗"

"Close to nature, relaxing stay. We chose the lake view cottages. Great ambience and good customer service. There was a little leakage on the floor (but it did not bother us). We ordered room service for dinner and the food was finger licking good… the only little trouble we had was with the wifi… we could not connect to the wifi initially, but then, when it was connected, speed was not great. Since w E did not have much to do over wifi, this was okay."

"I had a wonderful stay at Park Residency Puthupally. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the wide corridors made it easy to move around — especially appreciated from an accessibility perspective. Room 208 is an accessible room and very convenient for wheelchair users, with a roll-in shower area that was particularly helpful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Veena at the reception and James at the restaurant, who were both amazing and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The food was very good, and the rooftop bar was excellent — a great place to relax in the evening. Food service was a little slow at times, but it was understandable, and the quality more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!"
