The bed was super comfy, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with essentials, which made the stay even more convenient. The staff deserves a special mention—they were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Every little request was taken care of quickly and professionally. I also enjoyed the in-house dining—the food was delicious, with a good variety on the menu. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. The location is central, making it easy to get around Kota, whether you're here for business or leisure. And despite being in the city, the hotel feels peaceful and private.
