"I had here stayed for a week & my experience is as below: 1. Every time the security guard at main entrance will stop you to find out why you are entering the premises where I had used the same vehicle & they do not care about that. 2. They shifted my room thrice during my 6 days stay there. 3. Hot water is unavailable post 9PM (Outside temperature was 9degrees) in spite of placing multiple request 4. Front office staffs are ill behaved & ill mannered. 5. Housekeeping/Room service staffs are always eager for tips. 6. Food comparatively was OK. 7. Breakfast is limited & they had repeated the same poha twice in between 8. Sign of cost control everywhere. Overall I had a poor experience."
