"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Kangcheng Jianguo International Hotel

"The room is large, clean and hygienic, with convenient parking at the door. The front desk is very enthusiastic. A manager at the front desk told me to call the front desk as soon as there is any problem with the room. I felt very comfortable after hearing this. It was the first time I heard such words after one month in Xinjiang. Due to the old facilities and unreasonable design of the shower room, I found that the bathroom was full of water after taking a shower, and my slippers were wet. I called the front desk to send a pair of slippers. There was no response for more than half an hour. I called the front desk again. A woman said that she had notified the cleaning staff. Since there were only two cleaning staffs in the team today, they were very busy. She asked me to wait patiently, and then there was no result. As far as I understand, it should be the front desk staff who are busy with the team, not the cleaning staff. If there is a team that needs the cleaning staff to be busy, what is the problem? !"

Red Holiday Hotel ★★★
"It's a new hotel, and the environment is okay, but there were no chairs in the room. I ate the takeout my child and I ordered standing up the whole time, while my child knelt on the counter under the clothes rack. The food was placed on the kettle counter. My child's schoolbag was on the bedside table between the two beds, and there was no chair for my child to sit on while doing homework. It's very inconvenient to work or do homework here; you can only sit on the bed. Also, there were no disposable toiletries. I called the front desk repeatedly—landline and mobile—until I finally got through on the fourth call, and they never arrived. My child fell asleep, so I didn't call the front desk again. Ctrip records calls, and I also took photos. A very poor stay."

"The staff are friendly, the location is great, and the restrooms have been remodeled and are clean. In particular, the security guard looked out for me every time I went out, worried that I might get lost, and even gave me directions to tourist attractions. Thanks to him, I felt secure and was very grateful. There is a large supermarket just two bus stops away (walkable), so please feel free to use it."

"The room was clean and the receptionist was friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was good value for money and not expensive. It's also close to the highway. The only downside is the small parking lot, which can be difficult to find if you come back late. There's a delicious naan pit meat restaurant nearby."
