There are also many facilities for guests to enjoy, and evening performances."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE PAYING!!! Please make sure you understand this is a timeshare of Marriott, and not a normal Marriott hotel. I had a terrible experience, I purchased a room via the Bonvoy app with Titanium status, and was put in the “hotel section” which is fine for me, I understand it’s a “owners” resort. But the hotel portion is extremely run down, old, smells like mildew. The owners side is nice! If you are staying as a Bonvoy or paid guest, DO NOT STAY HERE."

"I felt like the hotel rooms were very tired at best. The bedding was very tired and the rooms seemed very old. Our service at the pool was great. A little disappointed there was nothing to celebrate the 4th of July. I would rather find a less expensive hotel to stay in for the money and get a daytime resort pass as we heard several people around us did to enjoy the pools and resort. We will not stay at this Hyatt again. "

"I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room. The room was very big. The bed in the master bedroom was very big, and the other room had two single beds. One bathroom was very big. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was not much to eat near the hotel, so it was good to stay here, suitable for families who want to cook. There was only one supermarket, Big Save, nearby. But I had to ask not to stay on the first floor when I checked in. At first, I was given a first floor. Because the sound insulation in the room was too poor, I could hear the footsteps on the second floor very clearly. I didn't sleep well all night. I moved to the third floor, the highest floor. The swimming pool was not bad, and you can walk directly to the beach from there."

"Vi boede for nylig i Lodge i Kukui'ula og havde en god oplevelse.Ejendomen er smuk, og vores værelse var meget rummeligt med en fantastisk udsigt over golfbanen. Badeområdet er fantastisk, der tilbyder masser af plads til at slappe af, og haverne er usædvanligt godt vedligeholdt, som vi virkelig sætter pris på.Personalet var altid venligt, opmærksomt og hjælpsomt, hvilket gjorde vores ophold endnu mere behageligt. Der er et par områder, der kunne forbedres.Velkommen ved ankomsten følte ikke så varmt som forventet, og for en femstjernede ejendom blev vi overrasket over, at der ikke er 24-hour service, da alt lukker meget tidligt. Vi havde heller ikke indset, at husholdning kun ydes én gang i løbet af et ugentligt ophold. Desuden oplevede vi et problem med luftkonditionering, som ikke kunne løses under vores besøg, selv om den generelle ledelse håndterede situationen meget professionelt efter vores ophold og gav os en reparation, der var meget rar. Trods disse små ulempe var vores samlede erfaring meget positiv.Kombinationen af smukke omgivelser, komfortabel indkvartering og fremragende personale efterlod os med varige hukommelser."
