"This room is NOT a sea-view room at all, don't be fooled!!! This hotel is several streets away from the beach, you can't even see a glimpse of the sea. I don't know why it was described as a sea-view room in the Ctrip room description; that's why I booked this hotel. The price-performance ratio of this hotel is terrible, the rooms are small, and the pool is tiny. When I checked in, there was a full-page A4 sheet of detailed fines in Chinese. Is this something that tourists from every country are required to sign when staying at hotels? I also urge Ctrip and the hotel to clarify whether this is discrimination or unfairness. Our child injured his foot and needed to go to the island's clinic to treat the bleeding wound. There was a Thai restaurant owner across the street who spoke Chinese. He communicated with their receptionist in Thai and asked them to take us to the clinic because we didn't know the way. The restaurant staff were there at the time, and they said it was okay and asked us to wait. Later, the fat woman at the reception came, and she told us to go by ourselves. I said we didn't know the way, so she didn't care anymore. The hotel sent a car to pick us up the next day and took our child to the hospital immediately for wound cleaning and treatment. It was only a 6-minute drive. That overweight female receptionist was absolutely awful!"
