Gamshof is family run and full of character and charm. Welcoming, efficient staff, small reasonably priced bar with seating - great place to meet other like-minded guests. Lovely buffet style breakfast, afternoon Goulash soup. Pleasant, clean, modern rooms."

"The service was great, with the continuous telephone customer service that could be used to address emerging questions or problems directly. The location is also excellent in the center of Kitzbühel. This allowed us to walk to the gondol to ski. In the evening we were in the city center within 5 minutes to make the evening screen. The hotel was located in the city centre and the hotel was located in the city centre."

"we stay in 3 bhk shailey for 3 nights it was good very nice view but hotel management dealing was not good we used there kitchen & get some spot on floor for which they make bill of 3000 euro & than finally charge 500 euro which was very wrong so experience with top team was not good so i suggest to all to be aware of all these type things hotel management can charge anything only one planc of floor wood they can make bill of 3000 euro & settle @500 this dealing spoil our mood so be careful overall prop[erty is good"

"Great stay just out the centre of Kitzbühel at the Relais & Chateaux Tennerhof, a beautiful five star luxury hotel with fine restaurant, pools and spa. I booked one night through Amex Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts and at check-in they offered me a room upgrade to a double terrace room, free breakfast, 100€ credit to spend at bar and restaurant and late checkout at 4 p.m. Hotel staff is professional, extremely kind and always smiling. Rooms are in a beautiful classical tyrolean style, such as the other parts of the hotel, full of flowers and fragrances. Here I experienced the best mattress in my life! Breakfast is served in the terrace with lovely view overlooking the mountains and a wide spread of sweet and salty selection of food. Nice outdoor and indoor pools, saunas and steam bath. Free shuttle to and from the railway station. I hope to stay here again, the luxury experience was truly amazing!"

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights in August whilst undertaking the Kitzbuhel Alpine Trail. This is a very nice, well appointed hotel with spa and a lovely garden to relax in. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast in the restaurant was of a good quality. We had paid for an upgraded room but when we arrived we had been given a room with a bath but no stand up shower. I requested a change - we thought it would have been common sense to have seen we were booked with a walking company and would be ready for a shower on arrival. I was told that rooms with showers had to be booked in advance. There had been no mention of this by our walking company. Somewhat reluctantly the reception staff changed the room for us and we were much happier with the new one. I would say that the picture on the website of the upgraded rooms is somewhat misleading as they are certainly not all like the one shown. I do understand giving the best rooms to people staying a week or more and once the problem was resolved we enjoyed our stay here. If returning to Kitzbuhel we would stay here again now we know that we need to request a room with shower."

På grund af det og på grund af personalet besluttede vi flere aftener ikke at gå udenfor.Skidsleje, skipass, arrangeret af hotellet.Fra sengen, via morgenmad, lige til slip- perfekte betingelser."

"Just returned from a 3 night stay. Our group really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly service, rooms were large and clean. Impressed with the breakfast spread which set us up for a day's skiing . Added bonus of the indoor pool and high quality sauna complex - something you would expect to see in a 5 star hotel. The hotel offered a free private shuttle service to main ski lift in town in morning and end of the day, which we used each day and worked well. We used taxis to head into town for dinner each evening, which were no trouble to arrange on the way in and taxi rank in centre to get home (Cost c€17 each way) Highly recommend and we thought represented good value "
