"This was my first time using this hotel. My usual hotel was fully booked, so I looked on Trip.com for a good alternative and was shocked to find a room for only 6000 yen, so I booked it. The room had a futon in a tatami room instead of a bed, but it wasn't so bad to sleep on a futon once in a while, and the bedding was clean. The room was a bit old, which is understandable, but there was a hot spring bath available 24 hours a day! A sauna was also provided, which was great. Considering the price, it's more than sufficient for business use."

"The TV's battery was low and I couldn't change the channel while in bed. Also, the TV remote didn't have a timer, so I was worried I'd fall asleep and leave it on until morning, which kept me awake.
