"After talking on WhatsApp and getting the booking confirmed, I set a schedule and arrived at the hotel after a traffic jam that lasted more than 2 hours from the city center. They told me there were no rooms available with various excuses. Everyone, including the receptionist, apologized. Even though I called the company manager several times, he did not come out of his room to give an explanation. It has happened that they sell rooms by the hour and make you wait at the reception for 3 hours. This is a disrespectful company that does not respect institutionalism and does not respect business ethics."

"Excellent hotel – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Kertel Suite Hotel in Kinshasa. The location is excellent, the food is outstanding, and the staff are truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and very well trained. I would especially like to thank Grace and Emmanuel at the front desk for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Ursula from Customer Relations was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Papi Mpoyi from the security team for his professionalism and kindness, as well as Excellent from the breakfast team and David, who worked the night shift in the restaurant. They were both very welcoming, friendly, and well-trained young staff members who made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa. In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels in the city."

"Hello, I would like to thank you for the quality of your services and the care taken in maintaining your hotel. The rooms are impeccable, quiet, and very pleasant, which makes the stay particularly enjoyable. However, I would like to share a few observations: during my stay, someone was talking very loudly on the phone, which was a little surprising in such a peaceful environment. A little awareness raising for guests about respecting the quiet could be beneficial. The toilets are clean, but I noticed a detached handshake and a sink faucet that was not properly attached. These small details deserve special attention to preserve the comfort of guests. Finally, regarding the Wi-Fi, I saw a paper mentioning the password, but the SSID seemed unavailable. This made the connection difficult. An improvement in Internet access would be a real plus. Despite these points, my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at your establishment. Your hotel is a place that we appreciate and recommend. Continue to take care of it, we will return with pleasure! Sincerely, Jessy Yav"
