"Dette er den værste indkvartering, jeg nogensinde har boet på!Ved ankomsten var deres computersystem ned, og jeg måtte vente i 20 minutter i en korridor. Ingen luftkonditionering i værelserne, brand-ny TV på væggen, der ikke arbejdede, et vindue, der ikke kunne åbnes, da det åbnede på en veranda, kun to plug sockets på væggen med behovet for fire sockets så måtte demontere køleskabet og TV (som ikke arbejdede alligevel).Fælles badeværelser, jeg troede, var noget af fortiden.Ved 11:00, da baren var lukket ned ad trappen, var personalet meget uovervejet at banke og løfte stole og stole op fra gulvet. Hvis jeg kunne have booket overnatningsmuligheder andre steder, ville jeg have gået ud!Personalet havde nul plejefaktor"

"We went to Kingaroy for the Labour Day long weekend and stayed at Hillview Cottages. We stayed in a particularly quirky little cottage known as “The Church.” According to our host, the cottage was originally a church in the nearby little community of Memerambi. The cottage was incredibly peaceful with beautiful scenery looking towards the Wondai State Forest. It had everything you could need including a spacious living area, kitchen and bathroom that included a spa. Continental breakfast was included and there was no shortage of food to get the day off to a great start. We stayed for two nights and could easily have stayed for longer. There are numerous things to do in and around Kingaroy and Hillview Cottages is a great spot to launch out from. The cottages are located a little outside of the town but that adds to the charm. We will certainly be back! Thanks to Sheralyn and Dan for their hospitality."

"Absolutely disgusting. I had booked a queen motel unit for myself and young child, upon arrival I was given a ‘cabin’. When finding the correct cabin, I went in and promptly walked out. Disgusting and nothing like photos on ***********. The unit attached obviously had a chain smoker that had a chair in the carport with an over flowing ashtray. I went immediately back to reception, was told that due to *********** it didn’t matter of what I had booked I was given whatever. I don’t mind cheaper accommodation, however I would like to at least feel safe. I would not recommend at all with this experience, I have contacted *********** as I have used this service for many years and this is my first complaint. Still a complaint issue that the service is not responding to. DO NOT STAY HERE THE CABINS ARE DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH ANYTHING OF THE PRICE."
