Der er imidlertid behov for en række forbedringer: 1.Grænsegårde: De er for lyse.Solen går ind kl. 6:00, hvilket forstyrrer vores søvn.Sort udskæring er nødvendig. 2.Signatur: Manglende indgang gør det svært at finde. 3.Sikkerhed: Ingen vagter i parkeringspladsen gjorde os bekymrede for vores bil. Generelt er der et smukt sted, der kun har brug for små tweaks!"

"This was our first trip to Cambodia and had a great experience! After the initial few days in Phnom Penh we went north to Siem Reap and Angkor Wat, finishing off with the last 4 nights down on the coast in Kep, staying at the Knai Bang Chatt. We visited late October, the end of the rainy season, so it was still a bit quiet in terms of tourist numbers. Knai Bang Chatt is a fantastic, small boutique hotel comprising a few old but well renovated villas from the French colonial era and the property runs down to the beach and the Gulf of Thailand. We had a great room with balcony overlooking the sea and the staff could not have been better, helpful at all times. They arranged a couple of trips for us, by tuk-tuk, around the surrounding area including a visit to one of the estates producing the famous Kampot Pepper. We also enjoyed a Kmer cookery class so thanks to Chef Chuon Sokheng and his team for that experience. The hotel itself is only a few minutes walk, or tuk-tuk ride, from the local crab market and the excellent selection of restaurants along the waterfront. We went to the Holy Crab, recommended by the hotel, and had had some excellent food, including the local speciality, Kampot Pepper Crab. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for making the last bit of our Cambodia trip so enjoyable and would recommend a holiday in Cambodia to anybody and, in particular, a stay at the Knai Bang Chatt."

"Middle of jungle, there's no wind at all, altough it's next to sea - hot. Seashore outside is nice place to look at sunset. Breakfast was ok (compare other same price bungalows in area), didn't try another food since crab market is 3min walk."

"1. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is good. Many rooms are basically fully booked. The first floor is a bit damp, and the upper floors are better. 2. Ctrip published false information, marking that there is a kitchen, but none of the hotel's room types have one, and the hotel manager also showed us the situation they published. It is unclear why Ctrip misled us. Therefore, the seafood bought from the crab market cannot be processed, which is very deceptive. 3. Ctrip's room types with different prices are actually the same room after verification with the hotel. The area and room types are the same. One shows breakfast for 3 people, and the other shows 2 people. My order is for 3 people, but there are actually only 2 people and the hotel has never had information about breakfast for 3 people. 4. Due to the false information published by Ctrip, check-in was inconvenient and I could only check out one day in advance. Ctrip claimed that I could not check out, and the hotel disagreed, but I was at the front desk at the time. The hotel fully agreed, and did not receive the order payment, so the money was withheld by Ctrip and had nothing to do with the hotel. Finally, after feedback, it agreed to refund and claimed to return a symbolic red envelope of 36 yuan as compensation, which has not yet been received."
