"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great facilities, decent size rooms and very comfy beds. The best thing about this hotel though is the amazing staff……….nothing is too much trouble. I must in particular mention Evelyn and Franklin who were amazing! My main gripe unfortunately was that there is no air con in the seating areas in the dining room but would thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"Really enjoyable stay amazing location& sea views staff all so polite cant do enough hotel a little tired could do with a bit of spit&polish fab breakfast lovely nice touches gowns& slippers complientry wine.lovely big pool.yes its on steep hill but didnt find it hard even after a few shandys elevator helps would return and recomend highly staying there now"

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. "Meget godt hotel vi boede i et overlegent værelse med pool og havudsigt, der var okay, men badeværelset har brug for opdatering.Plus point er dog det blev holdt spotless ren af jungle Adriana, der altid syntes at være ren. Morgenmaden var meget inviteret med masser af valg, og de to damer var meget behagelige og hjælpsomme.Poolen havde ikke en gul ende, så ikke egnet til ikke-badefolk, som flere mennesker sagde, fordi det var svært at få adgang. Smukt at bygge med lille privat strand.To taverner tæt på, men ingen lokale supermarkeder.Der var dog et bakkeri.Nemt at gå ind i Sami omkring 20 minutter, hvor der er mange fremragende restauranter. Bemærk venligst, at systerhotel Athina har brug af poolen.Atina baren er dog smuk om natten med rimelige priser.Baren i Emerald mangler atmosfære og er normalt tom."

"I was overall happy with the hotel, staff were friendly & helpful & it was nice & clean. A few points that would be helpful were help to room with luggage when arriving (quite a long walk down a slope) & some water in room on arrival (was very thirsty after traveling & walk to room). The location was good just a short walk to beach & local bus stop, plus a few restaurants, small shops. Room was more basic than I had expected but for the amount of time spent in room was fine & kept very clean. Around the poolside was lovely & the sunbeds excellent. Food was a little disappointing in regards to selection,the bar food which you payed for was so much better than the buffet which was included so that was an extra cost unexpected. I had a lovely stay & felt very relaxed though would recommend but just be aware of small points I made above."

Blue Jasmine Hotel

"We spent 2 days at Blue Jasmine. The outside spaces are beautiful. Our room was at the back, so no views really. It was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. A little milk and a couple of tea bags would have been very welcome on arrival. Breakfast wasn’t great. The staff we met were pleasant."

Liberatos Village

"Stayed in July after a problem.with our original booked hotel. Overall really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Pros Super comfy sunbeds and always some available. Pool was lovely and very clean View from room was fabulous Room while basic was large and clean Most staff were lovely and very helpful. Cons Bar prices every expensive While we didn't sample the breakfast. It looked very expensive at 15 euros for what was on offer. Hotel just 2 minutes walk away were charging 8 euro for a full delicious breakfast. The hill. Wow!! that was some hill. The biggest issue we found was the extremely rude member of staff who we were told was the manager. You won't get the the friendly Greek welcome and hospitality that we found from the rest of the staff and in the resort from this person."
