"I booked at the Scirocco hotel impressed by what they put on their website; I was looking for a hotel in Corfu without worrying about the location on the island - and that was the fatal mistake. The photos on the website are real. But they failed to warn me that the beach on which the hotel is located is Kavos, a very bad-looking beach, in a very crappy town and in the south of the island, so very far (more than 40 km) from Corfu's best tourist attractions. In other words, unless you don't have the budget to stay in the north of the island and don't like beaches, this hotel might be a good choice..."

"A stay at Cabo Hotel Kavos is honestly just a brilliant, easy going experience from start to finish. The whole place has a fun, relaxed vibe. The rooms are clean, comfy, and exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Around the hotel, everything feels fresh and well looked after without making a big fuss about it. The pools are a real highlight: spotless, great atmosphere, plenty of loungers, and just a really good place to hang out whether you’re in the water or chilling with a drink. The food is buffet‑style and genuinely great. Loads of choice, always fresh, and well stocked — you never feel like you’ve missed out by arriving late. But the absolute best part of Cabo is the staff. Christina, Voula, and George were incredible — friendly, welcoming, and always up for a chat. They’re the kind of people who make you feel at home straight away and genuinely care that you’re having a great time. They completely made the stay. If you’re after a hotel with a great vibe, lovely pools, tasty food, and staff who go above and beyond, Cabo Hotel Kavos is spot on."

"Had the best 5 days at Utopia Kavos. The location, apartment, pool, view just everything was exactly what me and my friends look for on our yearly get away. We ate at the pool bar a few times and can honestly say the food there was better than some of the restaurants we visited. Have to say the lovely beautiful lady Jo that works the bar definitely made our stay a 10/10. Nothing wad too much or little for us, she chatted to us daily, gave us advice on what to do and where to go, just pretty much went above and beyond for us all. The sea is literally a stones throw from the pool and both so refreshing with the glorious weather we had. Thanks again Utopia… we will be back ＜3"

"These apartments are well located, close to the beach and are very reasonably priced. However.. the bathroom had thick mould all round the shower base and the drains stank. The toilet brush was revolting and the floor around the toilet was stained / dirty. No topper on the rusty beds, just sheets straight onto mattress. Only one thin pillow and towel per person. Balcony was filthy and flooded because the AC unit drains into a large water bottle that sits under the pipe, the bottle was of course full up. There was a storm and the water came in under the front door. Toilet was impossible to flush. Kitchen didn’t have any glasses, only dirty cups. This place could be so much better if only it was cleaned more thoroughly."

"We immediately felt at home with Freda and Billy. Beautiful rooms, a good bed, a lovely pool, and not to forget, a private beach. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast made by Freda, and in the evening, a drink at Billy's. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from shops and restaurants; just look carefully, because there are some good ones among them. There is a supermarket across from the accommodation, which is absolutely great if you need something quickly. We had a wonderful holiday."

"I just got back from here.and tbh when we first got there at 3am we were tired and miserable.we got to our room and again tbh it was proper Greece self catering basic.The next morning we got up and looked at the accommodation properly and the small things like CLEAN and with me with water pressure for SHOWER were prefect.( the room was perfect) then it got better we went to check in the next morning and met the most friendliest of people he was lovely he was the owner of the property along with his again lovely family.We felt so good and they were so brilliant with us in every way Then it got better the pool area and bar area was fantastic for what we wanted and all staff were brilliant.to sum up basic room with all you need for Kavos bar and pool perfect thank you for a great holiday"
