"I rarely leave reviews, but this time I'm exceptionally dissatisfied. First off, finding the room was incredibly difficult. It's a huge, U-shaped building with many entrances, and access to certain areas is restricted due to ongoing construction. Google Maps navigation was no help in locating the correct spot. Moreover, the host provided a six to seven-page, densely packed English document, mixing all sorts of information together, making it hard to pinpoint the crucial details for finding the right place. The entry method for the building was also very peculiar, requiring various passcodes and phone calls. If you don't have international roaming, you can't even get into the apartment. We spent nearly an hour in the light rain just to get inside. Looking at other reviews, you'll see many people also reported great difficulty in finding the location. The rules inside the apartment were also strange. To save electricity, the air conditioning couldn't go below 21 degrees Celsius, and we weren't allowed to wear shoes. The indoor stairs were metal, which made them icy cold and uncomfortable. Walking barefoot in the bathroom also posed a high risk of slipping. And then there was something even more disgusting: there was uncleaned feces under the toilet seat."

"The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully"

Vi havde de mindste værelser på et meget komfortabelt niveau. Vi har været to nætter i denne time-out-stop og har en fantastisk minde om det. Udmærket morgenmad serveret på basen i 3 servicer. Maden er helt bemærkelsesværdig ( kritisk i restauranten fanebladet) og aftalt menuen giver vin en oplevelse, der ikke skal mangle. Et hjørne af Italien i Litauen, lykønskninger ..."

We had bottled water but that was it, of which I don’t think is much of an issue if this can be provided at the front desk. Though it would be nice to have it at your convenience. The room was super spacious, with a tall ceiling. Water temperature and pressure in the bathroom was perfect ! I honestly can’t faultt this place too much"

For det første er det meget vanskeligt at finde det rigtige værelse, fordi det er en stor reversibel bygning, der er mange indgange, og hvor indgangene er begrænsede, og hvor der er bygget, er det svært at finde det rigtige sted. Det er sjældent, at der er behov for adgangskoder og telefoner, hvis du ikke rejser internationalt. Det er ikke engang muligt at komme ind i rummet, og i den lille regn tog vi næsten en time at komme ind i rummet, og du vil finde en masse mennesker, der afspejler det svært at finde en plads. Det er også underligt, at der er krav om at spare elektricitet, at klimaanlægget ikke kan overstige 21 grader, at der ikke kan gå i tørklæder, og at der er metal på de indvendige trappe, hvilket fører til is og tørhed, der er svært at tåle, og at der er stor risiko for at glide i badeværelset med fodspor. Der er en mere øm, der er tørret under en stol."
