Holiday Inn KATRA VAISHNO DEVI by IHG ★★★
"Good Stay"
The Grand Sharan ★★★★
"Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again."

"I had a very wonderful experience at kc Residency this week. I was in katra for a business seminar where guests from North Indian states were invited. The front desk led by Vanita Mam & Team was extremely helpful & accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and were having great view of Holy Trikuta hills. The food was delicious and served hot on all the 5 days of our stay. Mr Thakur, the restaurant in charge, personally look after all our guests. In fact, warm food was served very late in night to our guests who arrived well past midnight or departed very early in the morning. Overall the staff was very helpfully.
