"ROOM 546/547 connecting room; - Air conditioning did not work, very hot in the rooms! 26 gr! Reported, nothing could be done. We have stayed in the room 4 days out of 7 without properly working air conditioning. - Both safes did not work, did not open (solved after reporting to reception). - Maintenance of the room below par. - Shower cabin in room 247, does not close and edges are broken. - Shower cabin in room 246 leaks, leaving bathroom floor wet. - Cobwebs on both rooms in different places. - Room 247: the power cables are clearly and visible along the door; during stay sealed by handyman without reporting to us. - Terrace: dirty and dirty not maintained. - Sinks in both bathrooms; damaged, not the same as showen On website. - Park view is at these rooms, broken trees without any piece of greenery. SWIMMING POOL; Dirty and smelly water, children have ear infections from both the water of the aqua park and the large swimming pool. Poor maintenance resulting in missing tiles and broken spots. Brown edge in the pool that you could wipe away with your hands, why don't the lifeguards (they only look at their phones or each other) or maintenance people do that? DINNER ROOM; Staff does what they can but there is not enough control by managers, so work is slow and nothing is seen. Food should not be left on the floor, spilled drinks or food should be cleaned up in no time, which was not the case! Food itself is fine. Too little space to dine outside and if you can get a seat outside you have to watch out that your chair does not sink through the sides of the terrace, broken edges everywhere on the wooden planks. "Worst place I've ever been at... If you value yourself and your money don't go there. 1. appartments look like they were renovated during the Cold war 2. when you enter it takes at least half an hour to take the cobweb off of the walls and the furniture 3. walls are moldy 4. furniture is in terrible condition 5. there is no air-condition 6. sheets are dirty 7. food is below mediocre (every meal there is only a few different choices that they repeat every day) 8. if somebody plays loud music next to you the entire night, the staff won't do anything to stop them 9. all over the apartment (walls amd ceiling) there are squished bugs that nobody cleans 10. if you take the shower, the shower turns into a pool 11. I tried to reserve other accomodation, they never answered the mail For the love of God, never go there!"

"Vi ankom sent, omkring 22:00.Der var kun én person, der håndterede check-in, så det tog omkring en time.At finde lejligheden først var svært, da tegnet var brudt (nr.127). Lejligheden selv var ulækker, lugtede af mølle, ikke var ren, møllegård på toilettet, og mølle på lofter og vægge. Jeg gik til fronten for at klage, endnu 45 minutter for at vente, da der var tre mennesker foran mig, to af dem klager over det samme.Killen på fronten kunne ikke hjælpe. For at gøre en lang historie kort, mødte jeg seks par, der sammen med os tjekkede ud om morgenen og gik til et andet sted.Jeg så billeder fra nogle af dem, og de var værre end mine. Vi fik et "bedre" værelse, men jeg accepterede ikke, da det her er et feststed, skør støj indtil morgenen.Det ville have været godt, hvis jeg var på rejse til fest, men ikke med tre børn.Det er ret meget det værste sted, jeg nogensinde har boet i."
