Kangetsuen ★★★★
"Me and my family had a very unpleasant experience here. The level of service was poor, and the staff showed no interest in assisting with our requests. Very disappointing"
Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel ★★★★
"The hotspring & buffet are excellent. The room is big with hotspring"
Kamishihoro Hotel ★★
"The room was small but very clean, including the bathroom. The Kamishihoro milk for breakfast was delicious! The municipal hot spring, where you can get a bathing ticket, also has a waterfall bath, mist sauna, and sauna, so it was very pleasant to warm up."
Nukabirakan Kanko Hotel ★★★
"I will only write the facts. You cannot leave early here, and you cannot settle any accounts before 6:30 in the morning. This is the first time I have stayed at a place like this. The guide says that you need to make a reservation to check out outside of the designated time, but situations where you have to leave early usually happen unexpectedly, right? I can't imagine that it's a reservation. Furthermore, there are no slippers in the bathroom of the room. What's more, what is the point of clearing snow with a bulldozer outside the window even though the guest has checked in and is still in the building? ? It would be one thing if it was a sudden heavy snowfall, but there was no snowfall like that. Even if I give in, the front desk didn't say a word on the phone about the noise. I would like to see someone who can "slowly relax" with that noise. This is a request, but I think the restaurant staff are doing a very good job, but there was one thing that was disappointing. That was the waiting posture. It's the same at breakfast, but I feel like they don't need to stare so hard that it makes a hole in the window. I think it would be better if they just checked the behavior of the guests a little more casually. Finally, it's crazy that WI-FI is only available in the lobby, and there is no signal on the mobile phone either. In that case, the only source of information is the hotel's WI-FI news, but it seems that the fact that it is not available in the guest rooms is not Reiwa era, is it? (Currently, if there is no signal on the mobile phone, pocket WI-FI is also not allowed, and tethering is also not allowed. Please at least extend the WI-FI signal to the guest rooms.)"
Hotel Tetoraresort Tokachigawa ★★
"Although it was a double room, the room was larger than I expected, and the washroom was also spacious and easy to use. The tap water was drinkable. The hot spring was clean and easy to use. Milk was served as a welcome drink. They actively purchase milk and serve it to all guests so that everyone can drink it. The location was a little far from Obihiro city, and it was quiet and very comfortable. The hot spring was also good. I would like to use it again when I come to Obihiro!"
Shikaribetsu Kohan Onsen Hotel Fusui ★★★
"I stayed here on my way back from hiking. I stayed here two years ago and really liked it, so I visited again. The building is quite old, but clean and comfortable. The cleaning was thorough. I was surprised to see no dust even on the sliding door railings. The room is 10 tatami mats large enough for one person, and there is ample space around the veranda and entrance, and the toilet is also spacious. The towel racks are easy to use, with small features such as the ability to hang two bath towels and two regular towels at a time. The bathroom in the room is also relatively spacious, making it convenient for washing off sweat and mud from hiking. The large public bath (for men) is simply equipped with one indoor and one outdoor bath, but the spectacular view overlooking Lake Shikaribetsu changes with the time of day, so you'll never get bored no matter how many times you soak. The hot spring water is rich in iron, so it's warming. There is limited parking on the premises, but there is ample space behind the building across the road. Even on cold and rainy days, staff will wait outside to guide you. The food is average. It is common for many employees to be from foreign countries, but they are well-trained."
Sasai Hotel ★★★★
"Maden er god."
Onsen Pension Mori No Fukuro ★★
"Everything is perfect! It's clean&cosy place. We had a healing time, comfortably cared for by the kind and warm owners. We were truly blessed. Breakfast was the best meal I had in Hokkaido. We will long remember our time here. We will definitely visit again. Breakfasts the best."
Tokachigawa Moor Onsen Seijyakubow ★★★★★
"Hotellet er dejligt, og servicen er fremragende, de fleste medarbejdere kan tale engelsk og de er fulde af passion for kunden.Den eneste side er, at de ikke har et gym, men overordnet hotel anbefales."

"Nice muji house"
Sanyoan
"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan. I look forward to coming back soon 💖"
