"I absolutely loved this hotel! I was so lucky to spend a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, with a large and stunning park right across the street where you can spend most of the day strolling through the beautifully landscaped gardens. Both the front desk staff and housekeepers provided excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we received two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily. The food at the downstairs restaurant was like a work of art, pleasing both the eyes and the palate. The VIP lounge on the second floor was a thoughtful touch, offering books, art albums, complimentary tea, coffee, and even miso soup. But the most comfortable feature was the in-room air purifier and humidifier. I woke up to find a layer of mist on the window, indicating perfectly moist air – a stark contrast to other Japanese hotels where even with an air purifier/humidifier, the rooms often feel uncomfortably dry. The transportation is also convenient, with a bus stop right next to the hotel... There are so many things I loved about this hotel that I can't list them all. In short, I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Location is convenient adjacent to Lalaport and Muji. Room is clean and spacious, with a small balcony. Breakfast buffet is excellent and food is yummy with plenty of choices, decent environment to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The onsen water is hot enough."

"The breakfast is ok. There is a self-service coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, which is self-service most of the time. There is a dedicated laundry room and a separate hot spring pool for men and women."
