"Staying at the Kashgar Sky Garden Guesthouse truly felt like stepping into a dreamlike Western Region. The rooms were decorated with a unique exotic flair, featuring carved pillars, hand-painted ceramics, and vintage copper lamps. The 3rd and 4th floors even housed a wood carving museum, creating a super photogenic, old-fashioned atmosphere. The service was exceptionally good value. The butler not only confirmed our itinerary in advance and arranged airport pickup, but also thoughtfully prepared local sweet tea and seasonal fruits for afternoon tea. Any questions could be directed to the butler, and breakfast was incredibly lavish and could even be delivered to our room. We happened to be there to take our wedding photos, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning! This trip to Southern Xinjiang was truly unforgettable because of this warmth."

"This hotel offers a fantastic experience. As soon as we entered, the front desk attendant warmly greeted us. Our original room booking was a bit too small, so the front desk kindly upgraded our room. The housekeeping staff was incredibly thoughtful, even helping us with laundry late at night. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 15-minute taxi ride to Kashgar Old City. There's also a Sichuan restaurant nearby, which was very convenient. The staff provides excellent and attentive service, always ready to help with any issues."

It is located 3km away from the Ancient City but it has many facilities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Restaurant on the 28th floor. The hotel is linked to the mall with convenient store that opens 24 hours. Check In and Check Out were smoith and efficient. Miss FengFangQi and her other colleagues assisted very well. Next time we are in Kashgar, we definitely will stay in this hotel again."

"The location is absolutely unbeatable!!! The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and very good-looking too! They proactively upgraded me to an Old Town view room before check-in. Although the room wasn't large, it had a small, dedicated space for enjoying the view, directly facing the Old Town and the Kunlun Tower. As night fell and the lights flickered, I could feel the vibrant atmosphere of Kashgar. On my first night, I simply sat by the window, and the world suddenly became still. The prime location is truly unmatched. A staff member even told me that I could be escorted to the rooftop balcony to get a 270-degree panoramic view of the east and west sections of the Old Town. With the sunset casting its glow over the ancient city from that 270-degree vantage point, can you imagine the beauty...? Excellent value for money, superb location, thoughtful service, and stunning views – highly recommended."
