It's just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate, making it super easy to catch the morning opening ceremony and convenient for exploring. The hotel's decor beautifully blends the rich ethnic styles of southern Xinjiang. The lobby is elegant and tasteful, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The bedding is soft and comfy, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and thoughtful, providing meticulous service and even sharing helpful local travel tips. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. For those driving, there's a huge free parking lot, and the thoughtful airport transfer service was a wonderful bonus. My stay here was full of happiness. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Kashgar; you can book it with your eyes closed – you won't be disappointed!"

And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel."

"We booked a hotel for 5 days. On the first day, we found the sheets and blankets were a bit dirty with red bloodstains. On the second day, I contacted them to change the sheets, but the front desk refused, citing that we had extended our stay for another day. We didn't pursue the matter too much because we had other things to do. However, on the third day, they cleaned our room but didn't provide tissues and refused to change the sheets and blankets. We went to the front desk to argue, but they didn't apologize at all, claiming that the cleaning lady had gone off duty and no one was there. But on the morning of the third day, I specifically asked the front desk twice to change the sheets, and they still ignored me. On the fourth day, they finally changed the sheets. I want to ask, if someone stays for one day, don't you change the sheets after they leave? What's even more infuriating is that on our fifth day of stay—our last day in Xinjiang—we needed to catch a 7 AM flight. So, the night before, I contacted the front desk to extend our stay by two hours until 5 PM the next day. The front desk told me it would cost 25 yuan per hour, and we reached an agreement. However, at 3 PM on the fifth day, an unfamiliar person knocked on our door. He claimed to be a staff member and said a customer had come downstairs and wanted to stay in our room instead of the others. He demanded we check in immediately or he would charge us extra. The agreed-upon 25 yuan per hour suddenly became 40 yuan per hour, and extending the stay by two hours would cost 80 yuan. He even argued with me for a while before leaving without looking back, declaring, "I'll only charge you 80 yuan.""
