"Sanny was very welcoming and explained all the facilities available. Our beautiful room with its huge king size bed, fitted with mosquito net was really comfortable. Room also has a ceiling fan and A/C. The socket outlets are incredible. You must come from Mars if you are unable to use these as they are adaptable to any plug. Huge showers. Beautiful views over Lake Kariba. The meals are delicious and staff super friendly. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful place, amazing views. I have a few reservations mostly related to the service: 1. Pool was not cleaned on our arrival & we were asked not to I have a few reservations mostly related to the service: 1. Pool was not cleaned on our arrival & we were asked not to use for the 1st full day as there were "chemicals" in the pool. I dont understand why this should be the case seeing as the pool is advertised as one of the amenities & should be kept clean. Pool on property is locked 2200 to 0600hrs, this would be a more ideal time to add pool chemicals so it's ready for use. 2. Vicious dogs within the property which we were informed on arrival were kept in their enclosure during the day. These were let out & it took over an hour of us asking/begging for the team there to finally agree to return them into the enclosure so we could check out. This delayed our check out. Please do not expect everyone to relate to your animals the same way you do 3. We were not asked but rather TOLD to leave our keys in the door for rooms to be cleaned. After a full day out, we returned to find keys still in the doors, and no cleaning done. This made me doubt that the security of my belongings was of any importance to the hosting team 4. No bins or chairs in the rooms my group & I stayed in. These are quite basic & would be helpful to have in the rooms. Overall, a lovely place that could certainly benefit from training in customer service"
