"After reading the 1 star review titled "Titan Tours" and how awful it was we were very concerned about these comments. Thankfully we had the most wonderful time. Our rep Danuta was informative and caring meeting us at the airport and being with us all thru the holiday....38 of us in all. Hotel was lovely and staff very polite, couldn't fault them. Poolside great too as was the beach. The tours with Titan were very good. We couldn't of done all of them on our own. The only negative was the food, repetitive and not very interesting oh and the weather....phew so hot but hey how can u control that!!!! "

"First of all, I would like to thank you for supporting the Freedom Sanctuary for protecting the animals. Today, we found our dog, Daisy, who we lost on January 25th, here safe and sound. She had an accident, she was brought to this shelter by Haybulans after the report, she had an operation on her jaw, and her condition is very good now. We saw her when she saw us. We were very happy, just when we were about to lose hope, we just prayed that she was alive and well, and we ran to pick her up, thanks to a video. Dear Ms. Nurtel, you are here, you took very good care of our daughter, she loved you very much, you gave us the world, and Mr. Mertcan, thank you for allowing us to go to the shelter. Thank you to your hotel for these lives. We would like to thank you for taking care of us, for not remaining silent on the reports, for always supporting us, and for all the volunteers who were there. We are ready to do whatever we can voluntarily, as long as you support us so that other children can find life too. You have brought us together with our daughter, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts."

I would also like to include Funda guest relation and also Meliah.. mellisa and ipek for great beverage services . Overall my stay was outstanding... only one minor error or downfall was the dinner buffet service was very poor in service and lacked the friendliest people to serve you.
