"We had a wonderful stay at Dorfchalets Kaprun! From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, and always willing to help or think along with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent — perfectly situated in Kaprun with easy access to the surrounding mountains, ski areas, and village center. Everything you need is close by, yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and relaxing. The apartments/chalets are modern, beautifully designed, and spotless. They are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can really see the attention to detail in both the interior and cleanliness. We truly had a fantastic and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Dorfchalets Kaprun to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a perfect location in the Alps. We would love to come back!"

"Fantastisk hotel.Vi har boet der også i fortiden.God velkomst, venlig personale, rent og rummeligt.Fruegen var smagfuld og havde en god variation. Skidsrummet er meget bekvemt, tilgængeligt både ved elevatoren (indenfor) eller fods fra udlandet.Hotellet ligger tæt på en af gondolerne, der fører til en af banene og til topmødet.Afstanden kan nemt gøres fods. Generelt var det et vidunderligt ophold, og vi ville bestemt komme igen!"

"Vi lagde (4 venner) i den såkaldte ældre del. Badeværelset var ny rød som toilettet. Resten indeholdt østrigsk charme og at høre snurren var senge tyk ok. Morgenmad var top, intet kom for kort. Aftensmad var også tyk i orden. Hvert værelse har sit eget bord, så ingen ventetid. Desuden har hotellet en ideel beliggenhed tov skiområde. 200m skridt og du er i elevatoren. Vi fik lov til at sætte vores vivaro i undergrundsparken, hvor skilokkeren også var."

Vaya Kaprun

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior Type 1 apartment with 4 adults and a baby. Very impressed and would highly recommend. We stayed in apartment 8 on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. With the windows and doors shut, you can’t hear the road, but with the windows open you get the odd noisy neighbour walking past late at night. One bedroom had an en-suite with a shower and the other had a bathroom off the hall with a bath and shower. Each bedroom had their own balcony as well as a balcony off the living area. All rooms had a lovely view of the mountains. We didn’t use the sofa bed, so can’t comment on that. VAYA provided a cot for the baby, although it was not suitable for such a young baby and we ended up using the bassinet from the pushchair we bought with us. The whole apartment was really well renovated and was lovely and clean (possibly except a bit of dust under the sofa, beds etc which possibly doesn’t get cleaned every time). The table had plenty of room for 6 people, with a large sofa and 2 arm chairs. Kitchen was good. No microwave which was not a massive issue, except we’d got microwave steriliser bags for the baby which we couldn’t use. Our group consisted of 2 skiers, 2 non skiers and a 3 month old baby. The skiers were impressed with the ski room - clean, warm and plenty of space. There was no mat or shoe tray inside the apartment for wet shoes, so the floor would get really wet. We asked reception for a spare mat which was provided straight away. This helped but would definitely be feedback for VAYA to provide a tray or mat of some sort to help save their nice flooring and to stop wet socks! There was underfloor heating which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect with a bus stop right outside. It’s a short walk to the local Maiskogel ski area and a short 15/20 minute bus to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier one way or Zell ‘em Zee the other. Really friendly and helpful staff, would definitely stay again!"

"It was a great stay and after beeing in Kaprun 10+ times already, I have to say that me, my wife and our children have found Art Apart Nomay the best appartment accomodation in Kaprun. The appartment is nice designed, spatious and more than well-equippend - there are also such things as e.g. electrical mixer which is only very rarely available in appartment accomodations. What I have to express, is the cleanliness of the accomodation - my wife, who is hard to please about cleanliness, rates it 11 out of 10. The accomodation is located near centre of Kaprun, and just 2 minutes walk to skibus stop. Last but not least - the owners are friendly, willing and really helpful."

"Very frendly and service oriented staff but the apartment was totally overpriced for its value. Not clean dishes, not enough cooking utilies and no dining table for family. To charge EUR 1270 for three nights was a robbery. I would not go here again for this price. In the end it would be my own mistake to book it remotely based on nice pictures."
