"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room has everything we need for a one night stay. We spent sometime in the gym for fitness training. The pool was not open since it is not summer yet. The check-in and out process were swift and the parking is convenient. The hotel is located conveniently at a quiet street where we can reach the main streets and restaurants by foot distance. One thing to note is that we could not find a water dispenser on our floor. We had a nice breakfast in the main streets and visited the BC wildlife park."

"This hotel is really terrible. I booked two nights on Ctrip and they asked me to cancel the order. I booked at their front desk. There was an old lady with white hair at the front desk. She was very strange and unfriendly. She asked me to cancel the order and told me that their hotel did not receive the order and told the third-party platform that it was me who wanted to cancel the order. Finally, I had to swipe my card at the front desk to book the last two nights. The facilities of this hotel are very old. Only one building has new facilities. I stayed in the old building on the first night. The toilet was shaking. There was also a very strange smell in the room. When I checked out, the old lady with white hair was not there. It really refreshed my perception of white people."
