"The hotel is a bit remote, but beautiful. It's a standalone building, so you have to walk from reception through the street parking lot. There's no coffee maker in the room, and they didn't even provide instant coffee, which was disappointing."

"I found the room with empty shampoo and soap bottles, and the bed was poorly made. The bathroom in the reception area also lacked liquid soap in both the men's and women's restrooms. They always forget to refill it! As for breakfast, there wasn't the excellent white Greek cheese, but a yellow mozzarella-type cheese instead. Fortunately, there was yogurt and olives, and nothing from the Greek pastries. The reception is bureaucratic, nothing special. The shower in the bathroom has strong water pressure, but the space is too small for a person of average height (1.70m). It got the outside wet. In short, it was adequate for one night because the bed was comfortable and the bed linens/towels were clean. I must highlight the hotel's excellent location."

"The hotel's strong point: the attentiveness and friendliness of its staff. Otherwise, this hotel absolutely does not justify its 5 stars. The rooms are small (except for the room for people with reduced mobility) and are not charming. The blue color, the open storage, the general appearance could do with a refresh (dated wallpaper that is peeling, worn baseboards, etc.). The pool area is much smaller than the photos suggest. However, it is quite pleasant, even if the deckchair mattresses are stained... The breakfast is classic, therefore honest. The value for money is generally unfavorable."

"A beautiful hotel with three pools and access to a private pebble beach with the clearest water. All the staff are very welcoming and glad to help with even the smallest detail to ensure you enjoy your stay. On reception Mary was a star when she found us a perfect room. Breakfast was a delight beside olive and lemon trees and garden walks after dinner in the evening sunset. This hotel is a delight."

"Pleasant room, with balcony overlooking the sea. Ate there that evening, and left with leftovers. Coffee is available, for purchase through tout the night at the lobby bar..we were off schedule with sleep! Lovely breakfast, with numerous choices. Nice pool. Lower deck area near the sea, and another short flight of stairs to a cozy narrow beach area. Beach is stony, no sand, so I kept my sandals on,which dried quickly. Not far from Kalamata proper, with a few sights to see."
