There's a night market with snacks right outside, and it's not far from various attractions. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, I think the hotel offers good value for money. I was traveling from somewhere else and had some dirty clothes. I was planning to wash them myself, but I casually complained, saying I was tired from the car ride and didn't feel like writing anymore, so I'd talk about it tomorrow. The attentive front desk lady overheard me and offered to wash and hang my clothes for me, saving me a lot of energy. Honestly, this service was a bit unexpected for the price. Henan is truly rich in delicious food. Every restaurant the waitress recommended was a hit, and the prices were all very reasonable. She even offered to upgrade me to a room with a bay window. I won't be staying long this time, but if I ever return to Kaifeng, I'll definitely stay here again. The housekeepers were also very nice and the service was excellent, and the cleaning was prompt."

"My stay here was exceptionally good! The hotel is conveniently located right in the Gulou business district, so all the major attractions are within walking distance. The room was spotless, no strange odors, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and even offered Hanfu makeup and styling appointments. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. Plus, the self-service laundry room was very handy. It's excellent value for money! I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kaifeng!"

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"The hotel's location is quite good, with convenient transportation, and it's not far from several famous attractions like Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Kaifeng Mansion, and Bao Zheng Temple. Iron Pagoda Park and Longting Park are also relatively concentrated nearby. Unlike the other two hotels we stayed at in Zhengzhou and Luoyang, this hotel in Kaifeng's breakfast restaurant isn't exclusive to guests; it's also open to the public. As a result, the breakfast area can be quite crowded and chaotic, sometimes leading to a shortage of certain breakfast items, and the quality could definitely be improved. On the evening of the 26th, an unpleasant incident occurred at the hotel's Caiyuexuan Chinese restaurant during dinner. We ordered one serving of Songcheng Soup Dumplings (six pieces) for 18 RMB, but the bill incorrectly showed 2**2 RMB. When we pointed this out, the manager on duty, Mr./Ms. [name], admitted the mistake and offered to re-calculate the bill. However, the recalculation removed a discount, so the final price ended up being the same. We hope the restaurant operates with more integrity in the future and doesn't just focus on small profits at the expense of customer trust."
