"It was delightful to drop in to see this old time favourite. I was pleased to see the vintage has been maintained by and large, save for an upcoming conference centre. While I have never understood the origin of the name, of all things a white horse in Kabale, the place evokes such wonderful memories for me. The rooms are alright and the prices ok matched with a good location."

The staff were all helpful and professional and even turned down our room for us because n the evening. The food was delicious! "What a beautiful lodge to stay in! The staff are amazing, so helpful and cheerful. The service at this lodge is impeccable , the food exceptional and everything done with a huge smile. The lodges are beautiful with a view that is hard to beat. It's the small touches that make this lodge stand out- even hot water bottles provided at night as it is cool. A fabulous fire pit is lit every night in the lovely garden. The terrace around reception is delightful to sit in in the warmth of the afternoon sun. Nothing is too much trouble in this little oasis in the mountains ⭐"

Edward og Ores er fantastiske værter, møder dig på Kabale Market og guider dig til søen, hvor du kan tage en båd til en tyve minutters krydstogt til resorten.Hun er masser af ting at gøre. Vandreture, paddling i en dugout kano og en bådtur til de store øer på søen er kun nogle få af de tilgængelige aktiviteter.Søen er en af kun få i Uganda, hvor du kan svømme sikkert i vandet.Maden er god med forskellige menuer. På grund af valget var vi der uden internet, men vi havde så meget at gøre, at vi næsten ikke havde det. At sidde ved campfire på en aften med Edward eller Ores er meget interessant med alle deres historier om området, og du kan fortælle, hvor stolt de er af deres resort. Jeg vil anbefale denne resort grundigt, medmindre du er ustabil på dine fødder, da de hårde skridt og stier er lidt ulige."

"This place would have got a 100% rating from me, but was just slightly let down by an electricity black out throughout the night, and no torch was available to move around in the room in total blackness. We were the only guests staying so maybe they didn't want to run the generator all night. Apart from that it was amazing... Beautiful room, excellent service and delicious dinner and breakfast. The views are to die for. I would return in a heartbeat. "

"I appreciate white Horse Inn Hotel Kabale for maintenance and good hospitality with empathy shared plus the good services provided excellent foods and a clean environment, swimming pool, gym, good massage services , Jacuzzi, sauna and steam so Nice... it's worth it . Feel free to come over and enjoy it yourself if you haven't. Then the arenas good for functions, I really appreciate Good management and thank Jesus for Amos Nzeyi's efforts to seeing this hotel running faster than and close to a 5 star hotel very soon...we are expecting Heaven on earth if the creativity continues at the White Horse Inn Hotel Kabale."

"My wife and I stayed in one of the newly constructed Geodomes. It was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Although it isn't completely necessary, it would be nice to have the option of curtains on the windows in front of the shower and toilet that look right out onto the water. Food was excellent, staff went above and beyond, and the views were fantastic. This is an excellent place to come and relax."

"My wife and I spent 2 nights here as part of our honeymoon journey through Uganda and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The rooms were fantastic with great facilities, a comfy bed and our own balcony with an incredible view. As it was our honeymoon, the room and the tablw for every meal we had was decorated beautifully with flowers, which was a lovely surprise. What really made our time here special was the staff. A special thanks goes out to Ken, Silas and Rolian, who made sure all our needs were met. We also did the island boat trip and tubing on the lake with them and had so much fun. You guys were great fun, had amazing energy, and we had the best time thanks to you all. I would highly recommend to stay here to anyone!"

"Vi tilbragte to nætter på denne smukke resort på stranden af Bunyonyi-søen.Jeg kan kun anbefale det højt!Beliggenheden er fantastisk, maden er simpelthen fantastisk og personalet er smuk.Vi blev behandlet som konger, ingen anmodning var for meget. Du kan også arrangere søaktiviteter via resorten, såsom både og kanoer eller landsbyture.Eller bare nyde freden og ro.Og alt dette til mere end rimelige priser. Vigtig at vide: resorten kan kun nås via en 20-minutters bådtur, hvilket allerede er en stor oplevelse.Hvis du besøger Bunyonyi-søen, er dette et godt sted at bo!"

"This hotel is a solid budget option, close to town, a bit dusty, but fair value for money. My real concern is staffing. One employee, Joab, was handling reception, laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen duties(chef) almost single-handedly, with little rest (guys the guy barely rests!). He was so hardworking and courteous throughout, thank you, Joab. But no one should be stretched this thin. I urge management to review staffing levels (we are all human). It’s not sustainable, and the team deserves better support."

"Such a fun little island and a great resort to stay at. We planned a day here after spending the night here after gorilla trekking, to do nothing. Just walk around the tiny island and look for the waterbuck, zebras, and donkey. We found all of those with in a 20 minute walk into the jungle portion on a nice little trail. Staff was vey nice."
