What truly distinguished the stay, however, was the hospitality. Milton in the restaurant was consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making every meal feel welcoming and personal. Harry at the front desk was equally outstanding—helpful, gracious, and always ready to assist. Communication through WhatsApp was seamless, with remarkably quick responses whenever we had a question or request. The room was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and provided exactly the kind of peaceful retreat I was hoping for. As a busy physician visiting from New York, Kafen offered a rare opportunity to truly disconnect, slow down, and recharge.
