"Stayed with my family at the hotel.I came for a trip to the world heritage site - Majuli.The Hotel and rooms are very clean.We ordered food less spicy and less oily and it was excellent.One of the best place to stay for travellers.Overall experience is very good."

"Total scam. We booked through booking but when we got to the hotel they told us there is a "formality issue" and can't host foreigners. We were told not to worry as they would book another hotel for us. I repeatedly asked which hotel it would be and when they finally disclosed the name, it turned out it was much cheaper, but they insisted it was "the same tariff as Bliss" which it clearly wasn't, it was 50% cheaper. In the end we opted to book this other hotel online. Thgen the manager told us he would arrange someone to take us there but they wouldn't provide the transfer for free... they would charge 500rp for a 1km ride. We ended up exiting the hotel and getting a ride for 100Rp. Total scam: a) did not respect the booking b) did not want to reimburse the difference c) did not offer free transport at least as it was their fault d) the transfer option they charged us was 5X the going rate we found"

"We stayed in Jironi for over a week owing to a tournament. The staff right from reservations, to room and service across the hotel was very nice and accomodating. They took additional care of all our requests..right from accomodating our schedule to serving us early breakfast. They were always thr to assist. Special thanks to the Owner, who spoke to us regularly to check on our stay to the General Manager who was always around whether night or day and the Housekeeping Lady (i forgot to ask her name). She literally took care of all our needs and was very hospitable. Thank you to the entire staff at Jironi for making our stay so pleasant."

"Nice place to be for some quite and memorable stay. The hotel is located in the Club Road and is somewhat hidden from the main road. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Even the Manager took interest to keep a track and made the stay more delightful. Food variety needs a bit of more variety and with time it will definitely be there. 'Masor Tenga" (Fish Tenga - a local delicacy of Fish with a bit sour taste) was really excellent and was like our home cooked delicacy... Enjoyed the stay and its a hidden GEM in Jorhat..."

"Jeg havde en helt fantastisk tid på Prism, Boutique Hotel, Jorhat.Værelserne var rummelige og spotløse, med stor dekoration og super rense sengeblade.Fruebuffet var lækker, med en bred vifte af muligheder! Personalet var opmærksomt og høfligt. Intet var for meget problemer.Det eneste skuffende var, at der ikke var håndklæder til rådighed i vaskerummet.Bortset fra det kan jeg ikke finde nogen fejl på stedet og vil helt sikkert gå tilbage."
