"Had a very disappointing stay here. I paid for a lake view room but didn't get it. My room was right next to the noisy restaurant, and when I complained, the owner was visibly upset and told me I'd just have to wait 1.5 hours for it to close. Cleanliness and service were also severely lacking. The coffee table and espresso machine were covered in dust. I asked for extra shampoo, waited two hours, and when I asked again, the owner snapped at me to wait another 30 minutes. I never received it and couldn't even wash my hair in the morning. To top it off, the mattress was way too soft and gave me a backache. The only saving grace was the breakfast—the food was delicious, and the waitress was very attentive. However, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the owner's poor attitude."
