"1. The location is quite convenient, close to Moon Bay parking lot, where you can catch buses for arrivals and departures. You can take a taxi to the scenic area, which costs just a few yuan. The hotel is about a kilometer away from the scenic area. It can be hard to find a taxi after playing, but you can walk back, though it might be a bit tiring after a day of exploring. 2. The hotel handles issues very promptly and provides a butler service. They even offered foot-soaking amenities, which was a great touch! It's excellent for older guests, as they respond immediately to any problems. The breakfast is also very rich and satisfying for the family. 3. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which was spacious enough for a comfortable rest. The room had a wet and dry separation. We were on the third floor, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel also tried its best to accommodate our room preference requests upon check-in, which was much appreciated! 4. There are many dining options nearby, including a newly opened tomato yak beef hotpot restaurant, making it very convenient for meals. Chuanjie Yak Beef Noodles is also not far. If you don't feel like walking, you can order takeout, though it can only be delivered to the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient."

"The facilities are complete, and both the room and public areas are quite clean. The service is attentive and thoughtful; they helped arrange a car and driver to Huanglong, who were both excellent. The customer service also provided a clear and easy-to-understand map and guide for Jiuzhaigou. I found the breakfast quite rich, and even though my daughter wasn't used to some of the food, it's still worth praising; the dishes, utensils, and environment all looked very clean. For three people, the room felt a bit cramped. For someone with a潔癖 (germophobia) who won't sit on the bed without showering, having only one chair in the room was really inconvenient. Also, the quality of the disposable face towels was too poor; they started shedding lint after just one use. This is a small detail that negatively impacted the overall experience. Early in the morning, you could hear the sound of faucets running in other rooms, so the soundproofing really isn't great. Aside from these points, everything else was very good. Dining and shopping nearby are convenient, and a taxi to Jiuzhaigou scenic area costs 12 yuan."

The room size was perfect, and my favorite part was being able to lie in bed and watch the snow-capped mountains – pure bliss! Especially coming back exhausted in the evening and taking a bath, as they say in Sichuan, it was 'bashih de hen' (incredibly comfortable)! The Chinese food at the restaurant was also delicious! There was even a Guozhuang dance in the plaza, and plenty of places to eat nearby. 😎 All in all, for my three days and two nights in Jiuzhaigou, I can sum it up in one sentence: the Hilton stay was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!"

They offer free laundry service, and the water heater uses an inverted mineral water bottle (which feels much cleaner than a traditional electric kettle, by the way). Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in individual bottles. They offer pick-up upon arrival, and when someone in our group wasn't feeling well, the owner proactively offered to take us to the hospital. Since we were two adults and one child, the owner even gave us an extra breakfast. Plus, the owner planned our Jiuzhaigou itinerary based on our travel needs, and it was perfect – we even managed to visit Shuzheng Lakes at a less crowded time, which was amazing! 👍👍👍 The restaurant they recommended was also very clean."

They even lent us umbrellas when it rained in the morning at the scenic area! The receptionist was incredibly patient and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. Some of the courtyards even have hot springs. This place is truly ideal for tourists who've spent a long day exploring the scenic area. It's one of the closest accommodations to the park entrance, practically within walking distance. Plus, we were able to relax in the hotel lobby's lounge area with sofas and water during the time between checking out and catching our high-speed train in the afternoon."

The soundproofing was also good, with automatic blackout curtains and pillows that provided just the right amount of support for deep sleep, allowing my neck to relax completely. I woke up refreshed and ready to recharge for the next day's exploration of Jiuzhaigou. The restaurant was bright and clean, with a spotless food counter and neatly arranged tableware, showing attention to detail. The menu was diverse, offering a variety of Chinese hot dishes such as freshly cooked noodles and pastries, as well as Western-style bread, salads, and fresh fruit. I especially love the fruit.
