The room had just been cleaned by the cleaning lady, and she even reminded us to be careful of the slippery floor – very thoughtful! Since we were from out of town, and it happened to be raining and cold, our clothes and shoes got wet. We felt very cold in the room, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we called the front desk to report it. To our surprise, the hotel bought us a heater and personally delivered it to our room, explaining why the air conditioning wasn't working. It was truly touching to be away from home! This trip was a bit rushed, but next time I have the chance to come to Jishou, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel room was also very large, clean, and well-equipped. The smart speaker in the room was very convenient! This is the first time I've written such a thoughtful review, thank you again!"
