"This is the first time I've given such a low rating, but I really want to warn everyone. I was actually exhausted from walking around the ancient city and wanted to take my kids and the maid to rest for a bit. I booked a room and told the front desk I didn't need to stay overnight, saying my ID card would do. The others, who I didn't have ID with, were visitors and weren't staying overnight. However, they were completely unresponsive and refused to let us in. Finally, after getting mad, they gave me my room card and I took my kids inside. We only rested for an hour before leaving because the room was utterly filthy. The floor was incredibly dusty, and the toys were so greasy and dirty you could even feel them with your hands. Some of them were broken. I didn't take any photos because I was surprised and uncomfortable. I just want to warn other parents to avoid this hotel. This hotel has a great location, but they haven't capitalized on it and haven't provided the minimum required cleanliness.
