"From August 7th to 9th, 2026, we stayed at the Jinhua Narada Hotel, and it felt just like a resort with its excellent environment. We booked a family room, which was bright and spacious, with one king bed and one single bed – perfect for families with kids. The room also had a balcony offering panoramic views of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, even featuring local specialties, which were delicious. The hotel's swimming pool was very professional, and the fitness center, spa, and other facilities were all well-equipped. You could easily spend your entire stay at the hotel without needing to leave. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, providing meticulous service from the moment we checked in. Special thanks to the concierge, Xiao Xuan, who, after seeing us head to the restroom with our child, suggested we could book a sightseeing buggy to explore the hotel and even gave our child several toys. What's more, we happened to encounter a typhoon and had to change our train tickets, and on our checkout day, they kindly arranged for a late checkout for us. We are truly grateful [rose][rose][rose]. This was an excellent stay, and the Narada Hotel comes highly recommended [strong][strong][strong]."

"I stayed at the Jinhua SILLY for two nights over the weekend, booking a three-bedroom villa. This B&B was highly recommended by many bloggers on social media. But... here’s the catch. On the day of check-in, there was a heavy downpour. I assume the occupancy rate was high that day, as guests were asked to park their cars at the foot of the mountain and be transported up by shuttle. However, the shuttle had no rain protection whatsoever. Even a light drizzle would get you wet, let alone a torrential rain. The shuttle staff were also completely soaked. Since we had a large group, including elderly and young children, the provided shuttle couldn't transport us all in one go. After repeated negotiations, we were finally allowed to drive our own car up. Upon reaching the lobby, other guests were already arguing with the front desk because their rooms hadn't been cleaned, and they had been waiting for several hours. It was already past 4 PM when we arrived... Although our room was ready, these two incidents made me feel that their management was extremely disorganized. Despite the severe weather, they failed to provide convenience to guests and instead caused more trouble. Many hotel shuttles have rain covers. It's been raining continuously in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region recently, so they should have been prepared! High occupancy on summer weekends is also to be expected, but it felt like they had made absolutely no preparations! This is a B&B that has been open for several years, after all. Now, regarding the room's hygiene, the limescale on the shower floor had spread from the corners, and there was also a ring of limescale in the toilet. I have never encountered such hygiene issues at a hotel or B&B of this price point. When I took a shower, I noticed that the large showerhead was completely covered in limescale, and the water holes were clogged. I could only use the small showerhead. It's clear that the cleaning staff doesn't bother to clean the larger one. It was too disgusting to take pictures. We stayed in rooms Valley Hideaway 1301, 1302, and 1303. If the owner sees this review, I hope you'll go and check them out! Even wet wipes would pick up black marks from the restaurant tables, side tables, or cabinet surfaces... It continued to pour on the second day. After returning from our outing, I hoped to take a hot shower, so I called the front desk on the way back to request a room cleaning for our extended stay. But it never happened. The shower water that day was surprisingly little, and it was impossible to rinse off the soap. When I brought it up to the front desk, they blamed the heavy rain. Seriously, I was like, 'What does tap water have to do with rainwater?' It did get better by evening. On the last day, Monday, it was evident that there were far fewer people. The shuttle drivers were all sitting in the lobby. I asked if they could drive us around for a tour, as the place is built on a mountain with many uphill and downhill slopes, and SILLY covers a large area. It had rained for the first two days, so we hadn't been able to see the natural surroundings of the entire B&B. Although some of our older companions weren't completely immobile, climbing hills was still strenuous for them. Even though they weren't busy, my request was still denied by the staff. They said, quite apologetically, that it would only take about ten minutes to walk around the entire place, so there was no need for a shuttle to take us. Aside from these major flaws, the staff's attitude was excellent. They were all smiles and apologized profusely, repeatedly saying sorry, but nothing actually got done! Avoid this place!"

"The hotel design is decent, and the service attitude was good, though there was no one to help with luggage during check-out, especially with all the stairs. This might have been due to staff shortages during a holiday. The room had floor heating, which was very warm, and the TV supported screen mirroring. However, for a hot spring hotel, the private onsen in the room only filled up for about ten minutes, which was far too little. This is especially problematic given how quickly the water cools in this weather. We came specifically for the hot springs, but the actual onsen experience wasn't great. Finally, the soundproofing was a major issue; it was incredibly noisy. It felt like the sound insulation was worse than hotels costing only three or four hundred yuan per night. This definitely doesn't meet the standards of a four-star hotel."
