"A huge thanks to Jing at the front desk – actually, the entire front desk team was fantastic and very friendly. The hotel lobby is absolutely stunning, it really impressed me. The location is excellent, and the facilities are great too. My only disappointment was the breakfast on the second floor. The decor felt so old and outdated, I almost thought I'd walked into a different establishment, like a guest house. The food itself was also very mediocre, which was a shame."

"Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!"

"The room's location is very convenient. Although it's in Phase 3, it's quite close to the ski resort, only a 7-8 minute walk. There's also Qingshan Restaurant and Erliang Baozi Shop right outside, making it super convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was exceptionally clean and fresh, which was great. I was initially worried about any opening smells, but overall it was excellent. They even offered aromatherapy scents during check-in. It would have been even better if they provided a humidifier. The chubby young man at the front desk was incredibly cute and provided excellent service. They even gave me a complimentary coffee upon check-out. I ordered a flavored coffee called "Orange Ocean," which was even better than what you get at other coffee shops. Thumbs up!"

The facilities and equipment in the room are also very good and advanced, and the price is much cheaper than that of the same category! I recommend everyone to try it! It is definitely not a trust, it is a hotel that I personally live in and am more satisfied with! It is not worse than chain hotels at all!"
