"I want to write a review. Pros: The hotel is relatively new, and the auntie at breakfast was very enthusiastic, helping to pack food, and the taste was also quite good. Cons: 1. There's an airport pick-up service. I called to book it and informed them my international flight would arrive at 11:30 AM. The front desk said there was a shuttle at 12:00 PM, and I could book it. I didn't think much of it and said 'okay,' but in reality, I definitely couldn't make that time. By the time I got out and collected my luggage, it was already 12:20 PM. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out there was a shuttle at 12:40 PM. I think if there's an airport pick-up service, it would be helpful to proactively communicate flight arrival times and pick-up times with guests. 2. When I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, there were two front desk staff members with their legs propped up on the counter, playing on their phones. They didn't bother to put their legs down even after seeing someone approach. They slowly lowered them only when we reached the front desk. 3. I arrived late at night, past 1 AM, and asked if I could have a late check-out. I was told no, and that it would cost 30 yuan per hour for a late check-out. However, when I spoke to the front desk the next day, the communication was much smoother, and they did grant me an extra hour for check-out. It's not about whether or not you grant a late check-out, but rather that the service mindset and attitude really need improvement. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I found it quite frustrating."

The high-speed WiFi was stable, and the bedding was super comfortable – a good night's sleep is so important. The breakfast is a buffet, so I could eat quickly. The service was also very professional; I could call or WeChat the front desk with any requests, and they responded promptly. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"
