(If a guest was showering, the consequences of the staff member entering the room could be disastrous.) 2. During check-out, room checks were delayed, causing guests to wait a long time before their deposits were refunded. No apology was offered. 3. After a complaint, the hotel manager actually replied: "If you don't leave a bad review, we'll give you a discount on your room rate." First, they arbitrarily opened a guest's room door without any apology—one mistake after another. Then, even more outrageous, the hotel manager actually negotiated with the guest: "If you don't write a bad review, we'll give you a discount on the room rate." From management to room service staff, this hotel has a clumsy attitude, completely lacking basic respect for guests, and utterly ignorant of the basic principles and professional ethics of the service industry. It's barbaric and chaotic. This hotel was originally the face of the old revolutionary base area government, and now (presumably) it's privately run. This series of actions has utterly disgraced the old revolutionary base area. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible!"
