"Beautiful, Stunning Guest House!! Set in the hills south of Jesi, this is an absolute jewel which cannot be praised enough. Rooms are wonderful with every attention to detail. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Private access with their own terraces to enjoy any alfresco requirements. Sarah and Walter are the best hosts you could meet. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner are to a high standard with fresh breakfast options cooked on demand. If you want traditional Italian or a “full English” this is provided. The swimming pool area is amazing as you can look at the panoramic views right across to the mountains. This is a place to be revisited again as you will fall in love with the accommodation and the hosts without fail. We are looking to return again sometime. Give it a go…..you won’t be disappointed"

"The place is stunning but they don’t have a reception opened after 8pm. They sent me a text explaining me how to get in with a code and where to find the key. When I arrived from a business dinner at midnight I discovered the key of my room didn’t work. And when I called the mobile no they told me to use, they didn’t pick up. Luckily I was there for business so I called my colleagues, they rushed to pick me up and found me a room in another hotel. When my other colleague who also stayed at the hotel complained this morning, she was told that we should have looked for the night number which was somewhere on a piece of paper allegedly on a desk at the entrance. I’m sorry but I don’t call this hospitality. Those people doesn’t know how to run an hotel and they shouldn’t be allowed to do so. I can only imagine if I would have been alone at midnight in a city I don’t know :-("

"Excellent hotel, a pleasant surprise during a longer trip. We were four and they assigned us two communicating rooms: a really perfect solution for those traveling with children and wanting more space and privacy, without having to be all in the same room. The hotel has a modern and well-treated structure, breakfast is excellent and there is also a dinner possibility in the hotel restaurant."

"Familie Tak Julia for en perfekt overnatningsholdning til et bryllup.Hjælpen før, mødes med os på parkeringspladsen, viser os rundt og tips til spisesteder og caféer.Perfekt ren og central.Et hjørne fra hovedområdet. Frugt serveres i en cafe 3 minutters gang.Julia har 2 parkeringspladser til at bruge for 4 euro om natten.Hvis jeg nogensinde er i området, vil jeg være tilbage."

"Everything was perfect at hour stay, especially thanks to the wonderful hosts Sara and Walter. They really care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious (sweet and salty, i.e., food for every taste), and the dinner prepared by Sara (supported by Walter) was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for a stay of 7 days, just before Easter. It is a quiet location, with a beautiful view, and perferctly situated to explore the Marche. For a holiday befor Easte, we could not ask for more."

"The hotel itself wasn’t that bad for the price we paid. We stayed there for night in May 2024. First we changed rooms because there was a mix up at the reception (it was a school trip). Otherwise the rooms were ok, considering the price. They looked clean enough. But they had an awful smell, reminding me of something old and dirty. I think the rooms need a bit of cleaning and some air refreshers. The bathroom didn’t seem dirty but I wouldn’t walk there barefoot. The breakfast was good, there was quite a choice between sweet and salty breakfast food. The great thing about the hotel is that it’s very close to the center of the city, even though the city doesn’t have much to offer. The staff was very nice but at times I felt scared because most of the hotel residents were older man that probably work nearby and they gave us weird looks at times."
